I’ve had this Camera system for 2 weeks now and so far everything works well, so why 4 stars? Let me start by saying I don’t give 5 stars because there is always something to improve on. Customer service, pre sale, Aaron was excellent in helping me acquire the exact system and configuration I needed. We had a bit of back and forth and he was always patient and willing to help, very knowledgeable about the components and willing to help the customer as best as he could have. The NVR has lots of features and everything you can think of face detection, license plate, AI, motion detection etc. and they all work well. The one con for me which is not a big thing is you need to enter the password to do everything. Security feature so can’t complain too much. Other than that it’s great. Adding cameras to the NVR was extremely ease, in addition to the cameras that came with the NVR I decided to reuse my old POE switch and some other cameras including other brands. It took me seconds to add them and all the features integrated seamlessly. The Camera’s are perfect in the day, vivid colours and clean picture even with digital zoom. At nights it can be a bit trickier, with minimal light from a street light it looks like daylight and you see everything clear but if the foreground is much darker than the background you get a bit of pixelation in the dark area. The camera has built in lights that will help with that and I’m sure with a little more fiddling I can solve this problem or if need be contact technical support. Mobile app works as you’d expect, scan the QR code and that’s it you can see your existing cameras and if you add more cameras they appear on the app instantaneously. You can also control the camera lights and siren from the app. As I said it’s been 2 weeks since I started using the system and it’s great and I will update this review in the future. Until then here is my breakdown of each component. *Customer service - 5 Stars *NVR - 4.5 Stars *Cameras - 4 stars *Mobile app - 4 stars

This product is defective and is a major disappointment. I bout the product from Amazon and also spent money to have with a professional to install it too. The motion detection goes off constantly without any motion. The deterrance does not work either as it it also goes off randomly. The lights don't turn on at night but turn on during the day. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The tech support for product is looking into a firmware update to fix this. At the moment I do not have an ETA. Waste of time and if the issue is not fixed soon I will be returning.

Out of many setups I’ve had, this setup is my favorite. I so much enjoy the two way talking, night time color recording. Not only it is a deterrent but helps to see and light up all around upon motion.
