Typically don’t write reviews but was really impressed with both the seller’s customer service and the quality of the chairs. Exactly what I was looking for. Good support, solid construction, swivels great, very sturdy, and not they don’t take up much floor space. Works perfectly for sitting at my kitchen island. Ordered the 3 pack, came in 2 boxes (one with 1 chair, the other with 2), 1 day apart. The second box was missing the swivel plate and hardware for one chair. Seller was quick to reply and sent the hardware ASAP. Super easy to assemble, blue color is nice deep royal blue. The seat cushion is a bit ridged at first but after a week of use are now very comfortable. Bottom cushion is attached to seat which I like but still easy to clean out crumbs if you have messy kids/adults. Highly recommend.

I was a little skeptical when purchasing these chairs, but the aesthetic was exactly what I was looking for. They are sturdy and pretty well made. The swivel part is awesome. The velvet looks good and not cheap (I got the dark green). The only thing that’s a bummer is the seat cushion. At first it seemed good, but after light use over 6 months, it has flattened a fair amount. Not great but still pretty comfortable and still enjoy them!

At 1st we didn’t have all the pieces that we need for our 4 chair purchase but the seller was very responsive and provided excellent service. We had the remaining pieces within a week and a half. The chairs are beautiful, they are stiff but we hope with wear this will change. The assembly was easy, though my husband questions the quality of the chair legs, we satisfied with our purchase, it’s great for the price and what we are looking for at this time.

Update 9/20/2022: I did give them 1 star at first. I give the seller 4 out of 5 because I did receive 1 defective chair. I reached out to them to replace 1 chair and they responded in a timely manner and they did replace the one chair. The chairs are easy to assemble and only takes 1 person to assemble. I would have given them 5 out of 5 stars if I received my chairs the first time in perfect condition for the amount I paid for all 3 chairs.

The product is well built and comfortable. 5 out of 5 on that front. But the hardware packages do not match the instructions. The product ships with only 8 spring/lock washers, and 8 flat washers. The instructions require 12 of each. Additionally, one of the four stools I received was missing an M6x30mm gold screw. I obtained a replacement from the hardware store, but the finish does not match (gold, metric screws are not commonly available). Hopefully the seller can send me a replacement screw and address the washer shortage going forward.
