I like this a lot. I wanted something like this in particular when washing large stainless steel pots. This keeps both the sink and pots scratch free! It will also help to not break a glass if i knock it over by accident. I'm glad I read one of the other reviews about size. The 18 x 12 is the right one for my sink. I measured the top and bottom of my sink. When I took the mat out of the bag, it was a little curled on one end, but overnight it straightened out. Really happy. My sink is about 21 inches at the top and about 19.2 near the bottom. I can't measure exactly at the bottom because of the little curve around the bottom of the sink. The 18.2 x 12.5 size is great!

This sink mat works great because of the open "weave," allowing for adequate drainage without buildup of gunk underneath. It's pretty sturdy considering the open design. Fits the sink pretty well, although maybe should've opted for the next size up for a bit fuller coverage (that's on me!). Never would've thought about different spacing cutouts for drains (perhaps different countries have drain placement other than the middle?). Didn't bother cutting out the drain hole in the mat since it doesn't really seem to affect performance. Appreciate the multiple size options and color choices. Happy with this purchase so far. Only drawback I can see so far is being hesitant to place a hot pot/pan on it due to the fact that it's rubber, but again, not the manufacturer's fault, since I could've purchased a stainless steel grid instead if that was an issue. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it's a relatively new purchase and will see how it stands the test of time. So far, so good.

I really like this sink mat compared to the old kind with the round suction feet. It has nubs that hold it up off the sink so that water runs under it freely, therefore it doesn't get moldy and slimy like the old mat if I didn't scrub the bottom of it often enough. It is sturdy and pleasing in appearance. My only negative is that none of the holes that you can snip out to match the hole for the disposal match the disposal hole in my sink, but it is a minor thing to lift it out to use the disposal. Other than that, it fits my sink nicely and is so much better than my old mat because of the ease of cleaning and it is attractive enough that I can leave it in the sink if I want.

This is the best sink mat ever! The flexible rubber feels like it will hold up well. The multiple outlines for cutout for drains makes it universal to fit multiple sink styles. The bottom nubs make it easy to lift to clean and also permit water to drain without needing to remove the mat. The mat is the correct height to prevent the dish rack from scratching the stainless steel sinks. The grey color matches the kitchen cabinets and looks classy on the stainless steel sinks. Cons: none

Helps protect the sink and glassware from breaks and scratches but the material absorbs dirty dishes substance and sauces and the in-between of the openings get a black moldy looking substance. Find myself tidiously cleanin with clorox constantly. Do not recommend this type of product.
