I WANTED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW TO DEBUNK SOME OF THE PEOPLE THAT TRY TO INVALIDATE THE LECTIN-FREE DIET AND BY EXTENSION, THIS PRODUCT. I’VE HAD SEVERE CONSTIPATION/GASTROINTESTINAL ISSUES FOR OVER A YEAR AND HAVE IBS-C. I SAW MULTIPLE DOCTORS AND TRIED EVERYTHING FROM PRESCRIPTION IBS PRODUCTS TO OTHER DIETS (SUCH AS LOW-FODMAP) AND NOTHING WORKED. AFTER 3+ MONTHS OF DOING THIS DIET ON AND OFF, I FINALLY GOT SOME RELIEF FROM CONSTIPATION, PAINFUL BLOATING, BRAIN FOG, JOINT PAIN, ETC. I’m hoping this Lectin Shield from Gundry is still viable. These inregients should form a gut barrier taken w food… I can’t guzzle olive oil, my liver won’t permit. Looking forward to trying this for leaky gut, which is not helped any by oral chemo pill…
