    • Manufacture and Expiration date Label was torn off the bottle
The bottom label that shows the Mfg date and expiration date was torn off. Gundry website was all out so I ordered from Amazon and that's what I got. This is Too Expensive to sell second rate product to customers!!!

I WANTED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW TO DEBUNK SOME OF THE PEOPLE THAT TRY TO INVALIDATE THE LECTIN-FREE DIET AND BY EXTENSION, THIS PRODUCT. I’VE HAD SEVERE CONSTIPATION/GASTROINTESTINAL ISSUES FOR OVER A YEAR AND HAVE IBS-C. I SAW MULTIPLE DOCTORS AND TRIED EVERYTHING FROM PRESCRIPTION IBS PRODUCTS TO OTHER DIETS (SUCH AS LOW-FODMAP) AND NOTHING WORKED. AFTER 3+ MONTHS OF DOING THIS DIET ON AND OFF, I FINALLY GOT SOME RELIEF FROM CONSTIPATION, PAINFUL BLOATING, BRAIN FOG, JOINT PAIN, ETC.
