I have been taking this for years! I mostly try to eat lectin free, but cannot always.

You may have noticed like I have, that every product that Dr. Gundry pushes is the best thing since the forward pass. He makes great claims but always he claims that the product will make you lose weight which is a lie. I have used almost every product that he sells, and I have not lost one ounce of weight. The same is true with his claim for Lectin Shield. I notice absolutely no difference in feeling or weight. Gundry is a fraud. He only wants to make money. His Products don't work. If I am wrong, I challenge Gundry to respond to this review and prove it. He can't prove it because there is no way to tell if they work or not. One last point: his formulas and products are very expensive because he says, "he only uses the best ingredients which hard to find". Let him prove that claim as well! ... show more

i take these whenever i'm having bread/pasta/grains and find it helps keep my wt in check. Most importantly it prevents the Lectins from doing damage !
