The manufacturer of the last probiotic I was taking changed their formula and their new product wasn't working for me. I gave it a couple of months so I know it wasn't a rebalancing issue. The new formula just wasn't helping to keep my IBS under control so I needed to find a new probiotic. I liked that this one has more prebiotics, I was wary about so few probiotic strains but too many strains can also cause problems. This product didn't disappoint, my IBS calmed down after just a few days of taking it. I take them every day as you should and so far so good. I also noticed that I'm not getting as hungry as I used to and it's helping me to eat healthier portion sizes as I'm getting full faster. That's great for me as I tend to eat my emotions 😉. I love Dr Gundry and I wanted to try this product. I eat tons of veggies and so am already getting a lot of prebiotic food, but I wondered if I would notice any difference in taking this. Unfortunately I really didn't notice any difference. Each serving is 4 pills so that's kind of a lot to take at once but it's not too bad. I like this product. I've only taken them about a month and my tummy problems have been better and I am even resting better. The only thing I have a problem with, swollowing them... they are capsules.

The best way I can describe this product is with the word "whoa!". Why? I ordered my first bottle on April 1, 2023 or so. First, the capsules are BIG (whoa!). Second, you must take 4 capsules per day (whoa!). Third, one you start the regiment, I did not stop (whoa!) and finally, the BIG WHOA finally happened! The visits to the bathroom (for me) were in the mornings right after my coffee and before using the product there was a lot of pushing out. Now, it was nothing but a smooth exit, zero push. 2 weeks in to the regiment, I did hear ruble - ruble noise in my stomach which made me believe that I was hungry but I now believe it is my gut being smacked around by the product and by 8 am next day, by visit to the bathroom takes place - every day, whoa! Today, 05/26/23, I'm purchasing my second bottle. I should now more "if the product works or not" by the end of my last two capsules. NOTE: I take 2 capsules at 7 AM and 2 capsules at 5 PM. I tried 7 AM and 7 PM but I was losing sleep not sure why. But once I switched it to 7 AM AND 5 PM everything was peachy! Weight Loss? Hmmm? When I started the regimen my weight was 275 lbs. This morning (05/26/23) my weight is 265 lbs. (whoa). I am not ready to finally say "I will recommend this product to my friends/family" yet. But I can say that I gut is better. The top part of my stomach/belly has gone down and I can actually see my feet. LOL! Oh! almost forgot, I am not exercising yet! So, the missing 10 lbs. is well, you guest it (whoa). Delivery was fast ,product was packaged well . I took this as directed for a month I didn't see any improvement .I had no ill side effects this may work for someone else who has gut problems it was worth a try .

I bought this for my Mother and at first everything was fine, she didn't feel anything, but suddenly she started to use the toilet a lot more often and was feeling cramps, we didn't know why this was happening, my Sister asked my Mom if she was Taking something new and she stopped taking these pills and the problem went away. ... show more

I bought these because I have problems with belly bloat after I eat. These will make you go regularly but my stomach always felt bound up and more un comfortable than it does after I eat., not sure this was the way to go for me. sorry.
