Very easy to set up, I love that the security cable is included. Battery indicator is a crucial feature. Excellent that there is three ways of entry, passcode, fingerprint, and key. Decent size, large enough for two full size 1911s. Or a 1911 and a 6" 686 see my photo

The safe appears to be sturdy and well-built. While it's possible that it could be forced open with tools, it wouldn’t be easy—the metal construction feels solid and durable. The fingerprint scanner works reliably and allows for multiple fingerprints to be programmed, which adds convenience. It also comes with a security cable that can be attached to various fixed objects, providing extra protection against theft. I needed a gun case to keep by my bed. This one does a good job. It's attractive and sturdy. A couple of things I don't like about it is that the fingerprint reader is a little finicky. I have to try at least twice before it opens. But, admittedly, it could be me and I just need to get better at it. The other thing I don't like is that you have to use 4 numbers if you want to use the keypad. I prefer 3. It's faster to input and still secure. Otherwise, pleased with purchase. ... show more

Great safe size for under the bed or a drawer or wherever you hiding place is. Bought 2 more as gifts. Fits 1-4 pistols (size matters) plus extra ammo magazines, and still has room for additional valuables such as few pieces of jewelry & cash. Fingerprint biometrics gives fast access.
