I purchased these stops to go along with the parallel adapter parts from Amazon as produced by Tool Curve. I was glad to see the wide variety of accessories they have and will likely purchase more things in the future. These stops work perfectly to add a known stop and start point to your tools used on your Festool rail.

Precision way to limit cuts

Nicely made accessory for track saw rails. With these stops you can define the start-stop points of a track saw, router, and I suppose a jigsaw. Handy if you want to, e.g., cut a series of identical grooves in a panel for something like a return air grille. Or for fluting a panel. I mounted these stops on a rail and checked how tightly they would hold against a track saw. At first I got a little movement, but tightening the stops a bit fixed that. Pretty impressive to be honest. I can see these stops helping me avoid building a jig in some cases. Just pop them on the rail, mount the saw or router, and cut away exactly as you’ve set up the stops to prescribe. Happy to have them. Will add additional photos once I complete a project using them. Five stars for the idea and execution, but 4 overall because they are on the pricy side.

Good fit and finish - 3D Printed.

I got these for my dad because he uses a lot of Festool accessories. They're well made and have a nice fit and finish. I'm just shaking my head a little bit because I saw Festool on Vine and jumped on it - There was no physical description and I didn't take the time to look at the photos, so I just assumed they were aluminum or injection molded. Instead, they're 3d printed. Now, I take no beef with that, and upon looking at the photos more closely, I can clearly see that. But I also run a print farm, so I could have designed and printed similar stops myself to give to my dad. I didn't, and these are still a nice quality product, so I'm still giving them a fair and well-earned five stars, but if you've got the CAD and printer skills, you can do these yourself for a fraction of the cost.

A handly 3D printed Festool accessory

I was a little concerned about being a 3D printed part but overall they have worked well on my Festool track. They fit right on like you'd expect them to. Durability may be a concern, but if you treat them well I believe they will last. Obviously if you slam into them they could break since they are not a metal part. They can be used for a start and stop points for my track saw or router, and possibly other tools if you have a way to adapt them to the track.
