  • Nice chair, strap is disappointing
UPDATE: The seat of chair is perfectly horizontal or maybe even pitched forward just a bit. The fabric is also somewhat slippery. My blind is sitting just slightly inclined...not bad, and normally I'd call it fairly level. However, in these chairs I was constantly sliding forward and spent the morning pushing back with my feet. I finally turned the seat around and sat "Flashdance" style to give my legs a break. I'll have to shovel and/or shim under the legs to eliminate this problem. Go prepared with a means of leveling these when setting up. This seems to be a sturdy and well made chair. As others have noted, it is heavy, but it's not intended for carrying all day. The swivel "feet" scrape or squeak a bit when walking, so plan accordingly. I did deduct a star because of the included shoulder strap. On both of the two chairs I purchased, the strap was badly twisted, which significantly shortened the length and made it uncomfortable to carry. Unfortunately, due to their closed-loop construction, the only way to straighten them is to cut stitching or drill rivets, which I'm not ready to do. More attention to detail is needed at the factory. ... show more

  • Assembly issue - one of the bolts holding the seat to frame was loose in the package.
When I opened the box, there was a loose bolt in the bottom of the box. After checking the assembly, I noticed that one of the bolts that attach the frame to the seat was missing. Luckily I had the odd T30 size driver to install the bolt. Other than the assembly issue, seat seems sturdy and comfortable after first use. ... show more

  • Best blind chair I've ever sat in. 100% recommend.
My wife and I bought this for my Father-in-law. He's getting older and prefers not to go into a treestand. This is the perfect chair to keep him comfortable (i.e. sleeping) in his blind. I've used the fold out tripod stools w/ and w/o backrests and they work, but this is no comparison. For the price it is good quality, very comfortable, and provides plenty of clearance for shooting a bow, even a recurve, from the seated position. You can't beat that this thing swivels. Seems quiet and very nice. I'll probably buy another for myself eventually ... you just cant go wrong. Armrests would be nice, but would make shooting a bow a pain. This is a perfect compromise. I was worried the chair might be a bit small, but he's a bigger guy, about 225# and not very tall and he found it plenty large and comfortable. ... show more

  • Good seat for ground blind
Great for use in ground blind I put down a 2 ft square piece of 3/4" plywood to keep seat level and to stop it from sinking into ground otherwise chair works great quiet swivel for moving around to getting in position for different windows

  • I liked it because it swivels and thought that would be ...
I just bought this chair for my portable blind before hunting season. I liked it because it swivels and thought that would be a really nice feature to have, plus it looked comfortable. I wanted to wait until after I took it hunting before I reviewed it, so here it goes. It swivels smoothly which I like even under my 260 lb. self. It was comfortable and seems very sturdy. After several days of use though, it started creaking quite a lot every time I moved in it...again I figure that's because I'm 260 lbs? but hey, it advertises it supports up to 300lbs. So just keep that in mind, especially if you bow hunt. Lastly I thought it was kind of bulky to be carrying very far through the woods, I think it would work best in a permanent box stand in my opinion. ... show more

  • Tape the feet
Good product sits comfortably. Only con is the leg flippers they are good design to keep the chair sturdy but hard to set the chair up from the folded position. Once it’s up great product
