Good stand for the money. Comfortable seat and shooting rail height for me 5’-8”. Assembly is fairly easy and instructions are good. Setup can be little tricky because the back of the shooting rail has teeth and gets strapped to tree so you have to get the ladder angle just right, if not then the chair may rub/hit the back of the rail frame when you spin around. The back rest pad could be a lot better, kinda sloppy fit. Good stand overall.

Royal P.O.J!! Everything rattles as you climb the ladder... safety pins,ladder connections... The shooting rail is way too low for shooting!! Not sure what it's purpose is, safety maybe... U have a harness for that!! Beside the fact it to small, very tight!! Platform is small, & put a swivel seat in the middle makes it even tighter. ..I'm a average size man....This is Nutz!! Second time I've used this stand, scraping it@ the end of season...Nasty, Heavy, Pain in the Butt to install... Have to have @ least 2 grown man... Of Course they get ya, U put a stand up months in advance of season,, U come back months later to use it.. Only to realize,,, U have a $200 piece of polished cow Pattie!! Not even worth it's weight in scrap!! So yourself a favor,,,Buy Something Else!!

After using this deer stand, I can't use any others. It is a little difficult to assemble, but the rewards are well worth the time. First the price is very competitive. Second you have room to move around, stow gear, and even take a little nap without the concern of falling. Customize it with a roof and extra padding on the seat.

My original post: While these things are always a challenge to assemble, it was quite a sturdy stand. I'm most excited about the swivel seat in an area where the deer can appear in any direction. Glad I purchased! Now reality hits...we put it up and it is sooooo difficult to get in and out of. The platform is not very big, the chair is welded in place so can't move out of the way and the shooting bar won't move either. Very tight fit. I've been in many, many stands in my life and I don't remember one worse for gettingin and out. I'm not a very large person and I can't imagine a large man squeezing himself into it. I'm glad I have a safety rope and forget wearing a backpack. So very frustrated with it and I just cannot recommend.
