  • No issues with assembly or quality
I’ve sat in a few different stands and while this one is not the nicest, it is good for the money. It is comfortable and sturdy, however I am a thin guy at only 140 pounds, so that might be a factor in why it works for me. Some reviewers complained about assembly instructions, but my son and I were able to put it together in about an hour and this was our fist time assembling a strand. ... show more

  • 15 foot ladder stand
I needed a shorter stand to fit in a few spots and this one works. I am 6'2" and 245 pounds, so it is a little tight. You have to slide under the shooting rail since it is not long enough to pull down once you get in it. The bottom part of the seat slips below the rail sometimes. I would not suggest this stand if you are any bigger than me. It is light and easy to set up and move. ... show more

  • So Far So Good - Easy Assembly
This stand went together in about an hour for me. I haven’t hunted out of it yet, so time will tell if it squeaks, but with the plastic bushings installed that it comes with I’m pretty confident it’ll remain quiet. Giving my spot a few days to rest after setup and then I’ll be at it.

  • It's OK I guess
It is definitely not great. I am only 5'10". Average sized. There is no way in the world that I can get the shooting rail down over my head after I get in. It hits me at the top of my shoulders. I will have to get some box tubing and extend it in order for me to be able to use this stand. Not that much of an issue for me, but not everyone has a fab shop. Assembly wasn't so bad. Print could be larger. The standing platform could be wider. The dimensions measured are a bit smaller than advertised. ... show more

  • I really like this thing
This is my first deer stand and it was fairly easy to put together, very comfortable to sit in. The only thing Id change is I'd have rails to hold on to when transitioning from the ladder to the seat.

  • Not sure about this stand!
This tree stand arrived already rusted. The paint was flaking off and easily scratches off to bare metal. I’m sure it will get worse this season. I went ahead put some spray paint on it to make it last longer. Some of the ladder rungs were missing some welds. Everything was open ended tubing and was whistling in the wind. We will see how it goes, but not impressed so far. ... show more

  • Check the pieces before assembly
Box contained 3 of the same ladder pieces. It should have had one each for top, middle and bottom ladder pieces. The seller quickly sent a middle and top ladder piece. The middle piece is critical because the stabilizer bar attaches to it. The top piece will do for the bottom piece but the ladder leg bottoms will sink into the ground. Beware of this when you assemble the stand and step on it for the first time, ... show more

  • Shooting rest makes it hard to get into
Easier than some others to build. However, I am 5'10" and getting myself into the seat and under the shooting rest is definitely a process and is a process I won't be able to do someday when I'm older and less flexible. Either the arms for it are too short or the pivot point is in the wrong place, making it really hard to get into unless you're flexible. ... show more
