I bought this watch as a birthday gift to myself, so far I have been loving this watch. I also like the packaging, it prefect for gift if you buy it to give it to someone you value. I almost bought a MK watch that is only a few dollars price higher on amazon also but this Guess watch caught my attention. I realized I just have to stick on stainless steel watch than with a gold plated or rose gold plated watch, because they will still eventually come off in the future. I love all the features especially the luminosity is on point. I am also planning on buying the other Guess watch that is similar to this but the one with a pink face and stainless steel band. This watch looks like an expensive watch for the price. I have been wearing it for a week now since I got it and it still looks new and shiny. I read the review and they all say not to order this item, but I went ahead and order it, it looks used. The gold is mine that my husband got me from macys,I had for 3yrs now and it looks nothing like the one I just got it's really unbelievable,I bought this for my mother-in-law for mother's day,I cant give this to her she'll think wore it and give to her, this is not fair we pay our money and we should what we pay for, not an item that should be new and list as new. I'm sorry but I will not be ordering from this seller again. It doesn't deceive any start but I cant sumit without putting a start so i gave it one. I just purchased this watch for my daughter. She specifically asked for a Guess water resistant watch since she loves the 3 Guess Waterpro's that I have had for years. She loves this watch since she can use it with dress clothes, and it is two toned so she can use it with any type of jewelry. She especially loves it because it is water resistant...she is in college taking Agriculture classes & handles animals daily, along with having to bath livestock before a Livestock Show. My daughter doesn't have to worry about taking the watch off (and possibly losing it) while washing the livestock or washing up afterward. She is also a swimmer & very active. She can swim or dive underwater with this type (water resistant to 300 feet) of Guess watch. Guess also stands behind their 10 year warranty (read the detail on what is & what is not covered..you have to send it in to Sequel Intl. -Norwalk, CT). Note: I always have my local jeweler replace the watch batteries for all of my Guess Watches, and I also have him replace the rubber gasket/seals in it so I don't have to send it into Sequel Intnl. to have it done. First let me say that I've been an Amazon shopper for many years!! I've purchased an array of items from clothes to appliances to jewelry! Always happy! This last purchase was complicated because it was stolen from outside my home on Wed and today (Fri) I received a brand new boxed one. The rep who I spoke with Wed was extremely patient and understanding & I'm saying that to say I wasn't pleasant to deal with because of the situation. She was absolutely amazing and eventhough a thief took off with my initial purchase it was replaced and as you can see extremely fast. That experience will not alter me from continuing to shop with Amazon because they've always been great in my purchases as well as outstanding with their customer service skills. I absolutely love this watch and get compliments on it all the time. It comes very big, so you will probably need to take it to a jeweler to have some of the links removed. My one complaint about the face of the watch is that it has a little "bubble" over the date to magnify it. However, unless you are looking straight over the face, the actually obscures the number so you can't read it. The glow in the dark hands are VERY bright. This is a great watch! ... show more

UPDATE: APR 24, 2019 After getting used to this watch I absolutely fell in love with it. The watch was small enough to wear for dress occasions (I'm 5'7" so size is relative), and sporty enough for everyday wear. I've worn it almost daily for 2-1/2 years and the gold-tone is just now starting to fade and the battery needs replacing. I'm looking for a new watch, but seriously, I'm thinking of purchasing this same one; it is that timeless. This is nice but, honestly, it is not the size of a Rolex as one commenter said. It is much bigger and heavier but it is trendy without being overly so. It does make a nice boyfriend style watch keeping in mind that I am on the large boned size. I had my jeweler take out one link that made the bracelet the proper length for me to give me that below the wrist bracelet style and when it is up above my wrist bone there is enough room to get my fingers between my wrist and the band, again giving the trendy boyfriend look. Now, all that being said, the gold one that I purchased, while being a bit more trendy than I desired, has a very classic, elegant look to it and I find that I don't mind the trendy. It is great for daytime and informal nighttime but I wouldn't wear it to a formal occasion, too big and gaudy for that. ... show more
