I’ve had my current chair for going on 20 years and it was time for a new one. I didn’t want to buy an executive chair that would break the bank since there are better things to spend money on. Enter this chair. The price point is great for a gaming chair, at least it is for someone like me who only needs a chair to be a chair and provide support for a standard workday. Nothing out of the ordinary. Assembly is required, of course, but i was able to do it by myself in less than an hour. The instructions are clear, no pieces were missing. Extra hardware was provided, just in case. Once assembled, i couldn’t wait to try it out! I sat down and was like, “Wow! This is sturdy!” Very firm. Or maybe I’d just gotten used to my old chair. I tried out the reclining feature and it certainly goes way back! You could nap on this if you wanted to. The footrest is a nice touch. I ended up not using the lumbar support pillow. It doesn’t attach to the chair, and i just didn’t feel comfortable with it. You can play sound through this chair. You’ll need to charge up the battery pack that inserts in a nice pocket. There’s an app to download, of course. I haven’t used that feature yet, but it works, which is what matters. I’m 5’8, and having this chair on the highest level meant my feet were hanging just above the floor. All in all, this a great chair. Very ergonomic, solidly built, great price. Good looking desk. I purchased the white which is a nice clean and neutral look. the reason i gave it a 4 is because the assembly took a long time and the drawer is flimsy. I expect it to break at some point if i'm not careful. I wish it had a charging or power plug.
