I have bought 2 other garden stake packs like these. This one is the best for sturdiness and usability. Good strong point to go into ground and top cap is also useful. They still bent a little when my large dogs jumped over the fencing but my grass is protected from them for the most part. I did use strong steel stakes periodically to add stability to these plastic coated metal stakes. The zip times included were useful and a good bonus other stakes did not have. Will buy again. We used this product along with deer netting and zip ties to deter the deer from eating decorative trees. We found the stakes went in without any issues like bending. We chose to do the project after much rain, so we did not have to pound on the metal. We were able to step on the attached pieces to press into the soil.
