  • Very impressive for the price point
I bought this airbrush for scale modeling painting. I was using an iwata neo with a .3mm needle and it did ok but it took more time as the spray pattern was narrow. Using this airbrush I noticed the spray width is a lot better and now I can apply surface primer or paint the large areas of the model faster with more even coats in between. The build quality is great, it has a decent weight to it so it definitely doesn't feel cheap when holding. Though I wish it came with a grip, holding the airbrush by the connected hose make it more comfortable than a regular dual action but I still would recommend getting a grip. I use a 1.5 gallon air compressor which holds about 135 psi and this airbrush can drain it relatively faster than the iwata airbrush. For consideration, the iwata neo takes about 2 minutes to drain from, 135 psi to 30 in the tank (I spray at 15 psi) and this one can drain it in about a minute and a half, little less than that. Overall I am very happy with the airbrush, it can perform just as good as a $300-$400 but for a fraction of the price. If you build scale models I recommend this airbrush, but this isn't your all in one airbrush, you will still need to have a smaller needle airbrush to do the interior bits/suspension etc. ... show more

  • great airbrush
Love the trigger type airbrush. The fan style nozzle is the best feature.

  • Yup buy this one! You’ll enjoy it so much!
This is a fabulous spray gun in an airbrush size! I use this all the time to step up my painting on my craft work. Signs, letters, just about all my stuff! This sprays beautifully and is easy to clean. Just don’t mix in cup with a wood coffee stir stick it messes up the finish inside the cup making it harder to clean! If you thin craft paint and strain it you can even spray metallic out of the .5 tip! Impressive. This is my go to airbrush, I do have a regular airbrush of good quality for line and fine stuff but I keep going back to this one! The pistol grip trigger is just the most comfortable thing to use for long periods. If you have arthritis or nerve trouble or just hand issues in general you will love this brush! I use it so much I bought a second one directly from the seller a bit cheaper. You can adjust the fan to horizontal or vertical and it comes with a round tip as well but once I used the fan tip there was no switching for me! Like a mini car sprayer! I believe the round tip just lessons the width of the spray, I should probably try it lol but so far the fan tip is it!! Highly recommend especially on sale around the holidays. Just wish you could get a bigger cup but it does hold quite a bit. It just sprays so nicely. To be able to spray craft paint is great! So many more colors to choose from and cheaper than airbrush paint which is usually 1 oz vs 2 oz craft paint plus with thinning it almost doubles! Highly recommend this brush and fan tip if you got bigger jobs or need to cover quickly. It’s a workhorse! Replacement parts are expensive though so keep that in mind when caring for your airbrush especially the cup! This elevated the quality of my work tremendously. ... show more

  • this is a steal for the price
I bought this because my previous 0.5mm airbrush bit the dust, and I wanted one with a fan cap. For $100, I expected the price point to be apparent in the quality, but this feels like a well built airbrush. Only the needle stop feels a little cheap, but does it's job. Since there's no fan control like a spray gun, you have to dial in your spray pattern by adjusting the air pressure. It seems to like around 30-35 psi. This thing is a bit of a fire hose. It puts out a lot of material, so don't expect any fine detail from it. But, for a job where an airbrush is too small and a mini-hvlp is too big, this is a legit option. I'm usually an Iwata/Olympos fan, and have a pile of *just as good* airbrushes that never are actually as good. This isn't one of those. This gets used. I have no idea how these sell at the price they do for the quality, but so far, I'm very impressed. ... show more

  • Amazing airbrush!!!
My first time using this airbrush was today 7/4/23. The paint laid flat, when I was done painting it looked like I've been painting for years! I've only been doing this for a year. This is a great airbrush! You won't be disappointed.

  • My new favorite!
This brush is a beast! I love the fan cap for spraying varnish! Comfortable to hold and use on long projects. Sprays paint like a champ and super fast! You can even add a handle to it if you can find one and trust me it’s a good add on.
