GRV smart watches are not top of the line by any stretch of the imagination. But you really can't get better than this for the price. I have read the reviews, and I am aware of the complaints. Folks, you have to be realistic. No fitness tracker is all that accurate. It's the nature of the technology. Digital devices are not a replacement for your doctor. These devices are meant to give you a general idea about your health and fitness. Nothing more. And you should expect a much higher rate of failure. That is the nature of mass production. The more you produce, the more failures you are going to have. And the cheaper the price, the more failed products will end up in customer hands. Fitbit is still considered a top tier tracker and their products are generally no more accurate than this watch has been. The best that can be said for top tier products is that they have a longer lifespan, have better apps and have a lower percentage of start of life failure. You also pay about three times the price. Pros... - About as accurate as top tier smart watches. - Everything works as expected. - Surprising level of customization for a budget product. - One third the price of Fitbits mid-tier watches. Cons... - Not a reliable product. I do not expect this to have a long life. If I get one year from this then I will be satisfied. - It is easily damaged. The moment I opened the box, I knew this was going to require a lot of care. - The app needs improvement. - GRV is definitely stealing data... But then so is everyone else. So, I guess I'll have to deal with it or resign myself to becoming a crazy old cat lady living alone and scaring all the kids on Halloween. ... show more

Look... you know you are buying a cheap smart watch. It really had great features. I was very happy with this watch. It worked well, I liked the connection with my phone. The app is definitely less than desirable, but if you want a watch that will accurately count steps, show texts, track sleep, etc, it was great. It lasted for 10 months. Compared to the price of other smart watches, I still count that as a win. I actually just replaced this with a different cheap smart watch, but I liked this one better, so I think I'll return the other and repurchase this one. Compared to the other one I bought, this one is very easy to use, tracks steps/sleep/exercise more accurately, and you can program what time of night you'd like the screen to automatically dim. My other watch is so bright when I roll over at night that is driving me crazy. ... show more

The main thing I dislike about this product is how tight it has to be to get a decent reading. The features it offers are nice to have, but I do wish the heart beat monitor had less inaccurate reading even if it's only a few beats off. The screen is nice and feels pretty easy to use. Overall it seems pretty good, but I'll update this review in a week after using it a bit more. I've gotta say, using it for a few days now made me appreciate some of the features a bit more. I love being able to change songs and volume without grabbing my phone. The battery also lasts for a long time so I don't have to charge it often and after messing around with it I've found a decent tightness so it won't be uncomfortable to wear but will still work decently to track my heartbeat. ... show more

It's a good watch for it's value. Easy to use interface. I had to get a replacement because of Bluetooth disconnection issues but, with the replacement I decided to send the watch back because the sleep data is wrong and the GPS tracking in the app was a false claim. I like to see the GPS data route for assurance of accurate distance configuration etc... PROS: SPORTS: multiple activities from out door, indoor, dancing and gymnastics. Stop watch, timer, Breathing ,blood oxygen, sleep and heart rate. SMART FEATURES:calling: make calls from the watch, view call logs, dial. SOS contact. alarms, calculator, female cycle, messaging alerts and response option on Android. The watch assistant wakes your phones Google or Siri assistant to provide info. Music control, weather, find my phone, flashlight,remote camera and 1 game. Blood oxygen and heart rate are accurate readings in my experience. Step count is accurate as well if it logs the pace. CONS: women's cycle is limited with safe mode, Cycle and alert when it's near the time. More detailed on other budget watches. Call speaker is low and a bit muffled because of the speaker cut out location. False GPS route data, it's not available in app as advertised. Don't always record pace data per workout. No watch section to preview all workout session data for the day but, it's available in the app. No end time to the workout data in app. Sleep data algorithm is inaccurate. It struggles to detect when you are sleep or just dormant of activity out side of 10pm-10am. G-d forbid if you work overnight and sleep during the day within the week.😂 GVR customer service is bad but, Amazon is responsive and good regarding the device issues. Messages can only be responded to through text not, third party apps such as What's app, Facebook messenger etc... Overall its a great value if you want basic data for workouts and alerts.     • Nice Watch But The Inxfit App...

Bought this for my wife since I have one that uses the veryfitpro app. That app does not work on the newer version of this watch and the one they recommend you can to in the directions take you to a coloring book page. Even downloading it from the playstore is aggravating. Go back to the old app!

I have had this watch over a year now... Love it and for the price you can't go wrong. But... it unbinds alot and you have to reset it back to the factory setting everytime... it's annoying and it's not easy for me to do... I can never login so I have to start all over everytime as well.
