I had been searching for the right pillow for a while. I'm a side sleeper and have a unique inability to find a pillow that's just right. Either it's way too big, too small, and putting two pillows together never seems to work either. I always tried to buy pillows from retail stores because I had to make sure I felt them first, since I was so picky. I travel a lot and hotels are rough - I've never come across one that had a pillow that worked for me. But after striking out time and time again, I gave Amazon a try, specifically searching for a side-sleeping pillow that was not only firm but also cooling. This was actually the first pillow I picked out and it was perfect. It's firm enough that I feel like my head/neck is in alignment with the rest of my body, but still soft enough that I sink in a little bit. Some pillows had felt firm enough but when I actually laid on them it felt like my head/neck was pointing up at a 45-degree angle. I have heard four neck surgeries and still need a multi-level corpectomy due to several collapsed vertebrae. I suffer from chronic neck and shoulder pain, which makes sleeping at night very difficult. Awhile back I started waking up everyday with worsening pain and terrible headaches. It was obvious that my pillow was worsening my pain, so I started researching pillows to try to find one that would help with my pain and sleeping issues. I bought so many pillows that did not help me at all, which was very discouraging. I almost gave up but then decided to try this pillow. It has been a lifesaver! Although I still suffer with chronic pain, my sleeping has improved and I don't wake up everyday with terrible headaches. The pillow is of excellent quality, and I would definitely buy it again! If you suffer with neck and shoulder pain and have difficulty sleeping at night, you should definitely give this pillow a try! ... show more

I bought this pillow about a year ago. After all these nights it still feels like new. We have a king size bed and the pillow is big enough for this size. Also the viso elastic tension is just perfect, honestly it is the best pillow I ever had.

I haaaaated this pillow at first. Couldn’t even last a whole night sleeping on it & kept reverting back to my other pillow. But my neck pain was so bad and I wasn’t sleeping. I finally forced myself to use it and I’m glad I did. I cannot sleep without this pillow now!! It has done wonders for my neck pain and sleep posture. My "old" contour shaped foam pillow is destined to be moved to our RV and I need a new one for the house. I decided on this unusually shaped pillow and thought to give it a try - after all, it can be returned if not satisfied. As it is, I am quite satisfied. After three days the pillow has still not expanded to the full 5-6" as stated by the seller (more likely a bit over 4" at the ends and a little less in the center). However, I still find it satisfactory for my needs and tastes. The difference (for me) is not enough to complain to the seller and request a replacement or refund. ... show more

When I received this pillow I followed the instructions as to open the pillow and unroll and let breathe at least 2 hours to let it expand to capacity. I did so. After two hours it did not expand. I included a pic it only expanded 1 and 1/2 inches per the pic. Its supposed to get at least 5-6.7 inches thick per the description on amazon and their own website and I watched other peoples review videos to see how big theirs expanded to. All looked bigger than what I had. So, I waited 24 hours later and contacted the company like they said in the box it came with postcards in there stating to NOT contact Amazon to contact them directly. Which I did. They contacted me overnight which I expected since they are in China I believe since their email had Chinese words in it. They asked for my amazon order number which I gave right away and waited two days and received NO answer from the company. I wrote them a third time to ask if they will do anything and if Not I will go through Amazon. Which after 5 days I just contacted Amazon since they never replied to me. Thankfully they gave me a refund after I returned they pillow. I am gonna see and try and order it again and see if it lives up to how others received their pillows. I'm hoping for a good outcome! Fingers crossed. If not back to Amazon! ***Update*** Received another one after I ordered a new one after getting a refund for the first one. I gotta say that as soon as I unpacked this one and opened it to let it breathe it immediately expanded to like 5 inches...what its supposed to do. I believe the first one I received was a fluke, this one was much better. I let it breathe the two hours and over night. It expanded the full size and I used it once and it is wonderful and love it!! I would just go through Amazon if you have any issues. The company doesn't really reply very well so better to just go through Amazon...They get the issues taken care of right away.
