The stairs DID NOT even come close to fitting, I sent a message in reference to the problem, someone did call me back and suggested that I find someone to drill proper holes and insert new threads, I agreed and customer service person said they would call me back the following Monday 02/22/16and that I would be credited for the work done. NO ONE called me. I could not send the tub back because the plumbing was already done. I'm very disappointed! Purchased the largest one available and it is totally awesome. I have three Newfoundlands and each fits with room to spare. My largest dog is 151 pounds and the tub is very sturdy. Given some reviews of the plumbing, I did not purchase the plumbing kit but used our own. The ramp is very sturdy, although my dogs prefer to just jump in on their own. I love the height for taking the strain off of my back. It is built to last and hold my large dogs without a problem. Also, the Amazon price was the best out there and I got free shipping because of Prime membership. That save a lot of money! You will not be disappointed! ... show more

I have had the tub for two years now and I couldn't be happier. It is sturdy and well made. When the ramp is locked into place there is very little movement when my dog walks up it to use the tub. I initially bought the tub just for baths but quickly realized that it is the perfect height to use as a grooming area as well so now I use it several times a week to brush out my dog's long coat saving my back lots of bending over and my wallet the cost of a separate grooming table. Great tub for the price. Only two problems: 1: Faucet comes pre-drilled with three holes. Faucet set from same manufacturer only covers two holes. 2: The door that we are forced into buying separately is just a flimsy piece of metal that does not slide easily back and forth to cover the entrance.

I purchased because it was the only size I could fit in space I had. It doesn't pitch well enough to drain all water from it, and the corners are dangerous sharp at each end where the steel is cut. There should be some type of covers for those corners to prevent serious injury to people or pets. I am happy to have something I can use for my pets in area of space I had available... ... show more

It’s a nice tub but it’s not sturdy for big dogs. Also the ramp is so steep and the door way is so small the dogs will not climb in. Not worth the money.
