The 1st picture shows 2 screw shackles which are not included. It is intentionally deceiving, visually implying they are included. However, so far the winch works as intended.

Powerful bugger. I like the wireless remote. You have to be sure you have the settings correct. If you put the remote in the glovebox and it gets bumped it’ll start the wench. Aside from that very good bang for your buck.

Shows red synthetic rope….. nope mine was black Shows anodized red hause fairlead nope mine was painted off red pot metal fairlead Shows two red and black shackles…. Lol well let’s just say u have to complain to seller cause those are shipped separately I ordered red they sent orange stay far away from this product read the reviews before buying cause I didn’t and now I’m the poor guy writing a crap review that’s what u get for not reading then…..please there are other winches that are way better and hopefully as described or what the pix shows….
