I'm not going to lie, I have sausage links for fingers and at times small parts and I don't get along. This is one of those times. I had my brush for about a year and change and decided to change the brush. Parts arrived without a problem, the only issue I had was the small screws. I also had a lot of residual water I couldn't get out of the brush regardless of what I tried to do with it. Not a big deal, it's only water and I changed it on a towel on my deck. In my experience with replacement parts, they sometimes don't line up right or there are issues with one part or another. No problems here at all. Install was a breeze, thing looks brand new after I wiped it down with some Simple Green and I'm ready for another good year of grilling. ... show more

At the price of under $25, I have used one of these for several years and given them to friends. It has nearly eliminated BBQ cleaning, since I put foil in the bottom of my unit and so I can easily lift out the debris once or twice a season. The key to success, however, is TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! Twice my gifts have gone un-appreciated and ineffective because non-reading folks think the Grill Daddy is just a wire grill brush: it isn't! You MUST use it with water as prescribed on a just-turned-off grill, otherwise it won't have a chance to do it's great steam cleaning. But when used as directed, it means high-effort, messy grill cleaning is only once a season, and even then it's easy! How great is that? I purchased this brush because it was described that it works as steam cleaner. After receiving it -to my surprise, there where no electrical plug and you just have to put cold water inside. When the brush touches the hot grill, it creates steam (and a mess, also the water freely poors inside the grill too). The brush itself is good but doesn't worth the price. I would not recommend buying it, since there is nothing special about it, you can get a good quality brush for less than $10. ... show more
