This is the standard supermarket olive oil in Greece. It's definitely extra virgin and color-free, and it's a good "beginner" oil, as it's flavorful without a strong bite at the end. I really liked the taste it gives the Italian-style bread I make -- an oil with more personality tends to leave a bitter taste, and one with less personality would not give enough flavor. ... show more
