I knew my son who is almost 4 was going to use it so I needed to make it safe for him to take and if he drops it, it would be protected. When I saw this case I fell in love with it because I knew my 3 year old will love it. But honestly I am very disappointed because for the price I would’ve expected something a little better. the red silicone cover never stays in place. Always falling off. And the little tab to keep the tablet up. Well it’s hard to pull out and put back in. It’s always getting stuck And for me it’s is very stressful I am not a very patient person. And to have to be struggling to take it out the tab and putting it back in without braking it it’s to much. ... show more

Will add a lot of drop protection, soft to the touch, but a bit slick as silicon tends to be. Will accommodate .3 glass screen protector, but NO thicker, a very tight fit. The stand is sturdy when open and locks close nicely. A very well made case, shines well above its price point.

A decent ipad cover for my kid. The double layer is a plus and having the rubber outside helps with the gripping of the pad. The kickstand is where I have an issue with: hard to open, difficult to latch, and it keeps coming apart and having to be reattached. The quality of this case is great! I bought this for my 10 year old son’s IPad and he thinks it’s pretty cool. It’s already been dropped twice since we put it on the iPad a little while ago and it’s definitely protected it from scratches or damage. I give this a 10/10
