These are great for my temporary green house as the temps get colder. I’m starting my fall vegetables underneath. They are very sturdy and come with cloth clips. I wish there were more included and having to put the sticky pad on each joint before connecting was a little tedious but didn’t take too much extra time. Tip: put the sticky pad around the pole length wise so that it wraps perfectly around with no overlapping. Otherwise it will bunch up and be difficult to put the metal connector on.

Nice little hoop tunnel. Perfect for the beginner or novice gardener. Goes together quick with easy instructions. Can be used in hot weather with shade clothe or cold weather with freeze clothe. I have found the only down side is the sticky tape that is supplied with the kit to help hold the rods in place. The tape is easy to use but will only last for one year. User will have to figure out what to use to keep this tunnel together on the following years.

In the instructions, I tried to create the box-like structure but could not because there were not nearly enough connectors (90° steering slots) for it, nor would it have been stable if there was. So I'm not sure why that structure would be included in the instructions as an example of a way to build using the hoops. It's very hard for these hoops to bend whatsoever so I couldn't create a greenhouse like the instructions show. Wasn't given enough of the small dark green connectors (90° steering slots) to create the box-like structure in the instructions. I really like the idea with the double sided tape to secure the sticks to keep the sticks together in one 2.5 ft tall piece. Since none of the structures worked, I used 3 (2.5 ft connected sticks) fiberglass sticks to support the plant cover fabric that i bought seperately (in an upside down cone shape). I was able to support the cover for my plants with the sticks so they do come in handy. I would love for there to be more 90° steering slots included. But there was plenty of all other pieces given. I personally don't mind all the cons due to me still finding a way to use the sticks in a way that is protecting my plants. I used the light green clips to secure the seperately bought plant cover fabric to the hoops/sticks. I wouldn't recommend, considering all of the cons for someome who is intending to use these in the way that they're described to be used.

Decided to try these fiberglass hoop supports in preparing my garden beds for the coming winter. They are strong, easy to put together and perfect for my needs. Hoping with the combination of plant covers that it will protect the plants against the coming colder weather and I’ll be harvesting cilantro and chives for months to come!!!

These hoops have proven to be a must in my growing season. We often get late spring frosts and need to cover plants to protect them. These hoops install easily and hold frost cover in places as well as allow us to lift the cover easily when needed for harvesting or weeding.

As soon as we set them up, ill be back wirh pics to rate them on how well they hold up, how easy they are to set up, etc etc. We ordered these to make arches over our sidewalk for halloween. Im not sure how well it will work- but our intention is to drape spiderwebs over them to create a kind of spiderweb tunnel for halloween. Come October i will be back to let everyone know wether it works or not!! *i know this is not what this item is intended for, and will not give a bad rating if it doesnt work, considering building a spiderweb sidewalk tunnel is NOT what this product is supposed to be used for

I'm not planning on using this for its intended purpose. I needed something to use to create a core Halloween decoration for us this year. We are crafting a "spider tunnel" that the trick-or-treaters will have to walk through to get their candy. This frame is just perfect, all we need to do now is stretch out yards of "cobwebs", please some fun lights and fake spiders, and we're really for a creepy good holiday!
