- SUPER SAFETY: The grain mill has an overload protection device, when the machine is in overload or overheating condition, the overload protector starts to work and stops operation, only when the overload protection switch is pressed the machine will continue to work, effectively protecting the life of the motor. It is recommended that the use time does not exceed 3 minutes, do not operate the machine continuously, and let the machine rest for 5-10 minutes after each grinding.
- Cleaning and storage: After each grinding, please use a damp paper towel or cloth to clean the food powder, do not rinse it directly with water, this will damage the motor; after cleaning, please put it in a ventilated place to keep the inner compartment dry, do not put it under the sun, check it is dry and store it with the lid on.
- Caution: 1. This grinder can only be turned on after the lid is completely fastened. 2. The material to be prepared for grinding must be dry enough. 3. Let the machine rest for 5-10 minutes after every 3 minutes of operation. 4. Do not place the material more than 2/3 of the grinding bin. 5. Do not clean the grinding tank directly with water, remove the water and use a dry rag or brush to clean the machine.

Picture is of some Habanero pepper powder. It is clearly very finely ground. The only thing I don't like is that powder will stick to the lid and the seal and you have to be careful or you'll lose some of it on the counter when you release the clamps to look inside. A few light taps with the wooden handle of the brush on the lid prior to separating the lid from the main body/bowl seems to help with that. All in all though, I'm very pleased with this. It seems like an unexpectedly high quality piece of equipment. Definitely 5 stars. yeah, it's noisy but so what? That's the price you pay for a high powered electric motor. You don't want a quieter/smaller motor as it will burn our faster. That's my opinion anyways.

The powdering machine is great and it is very fine, the stainless steel is thick， the manual is very clear, it is simple to use.Following with the steps ,this is the effect after 15-seconds' operation. You can decide the fineness of the powder according to your own preferences. I think this is very fine for me, if want to be smaller， you can grind it longer.I really love it.

I bought this because I was tired of the little grinders burning out, which nearly all do if you run them a wee bit too long. The one I have been using for a couple years just started to smoke this morning on pumpkin seeds. This grinder is very solidly built. And, it takes my seeds and turns them into a powder in seconds. That's all good and it's really what I was looking for. I believe it will work well for me . . . but I won't let anyone in my family touch it because of #1 below. Here's the two problems - and why the manufacturer doesn't immediately fix these things baffles me. 1) There is no safety feature that stops the unit from turning on if the lid is off. You can just turn it on and if someone is not paying attention or perhaps a little one gets near it, there could be a serious injury. 2) The cup doesn't come off so you can easily empty it -- if it does I haven't figured it out. So, I need to turn the entire unit upside down to empty it.

Grinder grinds fast, and well. Quality is also good of this product. Cleaning it is so easy and it works wonderfully! I am happy with their product and customer service! I highly recommend this product.

I just opened my package and it has been used!!!!! The cord was partly unwrapped ok no problem but when I opened the lid to use it it had sediment that was still remaining from someone grinding something. There is also white dust around the rim. This has clearly been used and that is not right. I will be boxing this back and sending as I received it. Very Disappointing
