    • Snorkel Works Well Against Water Intrusion - Mask Above Average
Mask felt a bit undersize on my (very?) large adult face so I want to point out that it is best for persons with more normal size faces. But that's 95% of you out there, so no problem. Lenses stayed clear without no-fog spray, and vision was pretty good. Silicone feels good even with very snug fit to maintain a seal, and I must say that it did maintain a good seal even with my overly-large face. I only used it about 15 minutes when swimming some late night laps, just to try it out (then finished my laps in my normal goggles) but I liked the results. Underwater vision almost as good as any mask I've got, including some expensive ones, and that's great. Snorkel does pretty good job of preventing water intrusion, although the little ball (stopper thinggy) that is designed to stop the water isn't quite perfect in its fit into the snorkel (it's a cheap snorkel, I'll be frank on this) so there's a bit of a leak. Still, really good for an inexpensive mask and great as a 'starter' mask, especially with the separate lenses for each eye - a big step up from most monocular lenses that are really cheap.     • Comfortable but watertight
It's not too difficult to tighten the straps to get a tight fit. When you do, the silicone makes sure that water does not enter the mask. Even if you have facial hair. The snorkel tube must be attached to the side strap to keep it in place before use. That does give you the option to choose which side you prefer. The tube does the job of keeping unwanted water out. There was no fogging evident. Everything was clear through the lenses. Due to the design, side vision is obstructed so the head must be moved from side to side frequently. ... show more

Reviewing Greatever Dry Snorkel Set. I love to snorkel, but I always rent a snorkel set, which kind of grosses me out so I wanted to buy one so I have a personal set. Since I only snorkel once every few years, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. This set looked like a quality build and said it’s anti-fog. It’s also priced reasonable ($35) so it looked like a good option. Now that I have it in my hands, I’m impressed. The quality is nice for the price. The visual field is clear. I was worried the dual lenses would irritate or distract me but I don’t even notice. I wear prescription glasses, but my vision isn’t that bad so I don’t really need to snorkel with corrective lenses. I did test though and I was able to fit my glasses inside the snorkel, then put the snorkel on, and I have fashion lenses that are large, so if you wear glasses and want to snorkel with them on, rather than buying prescription snorkel lenses, this mask might be a good option for you. It fits on my face snuggly, but I can adjust it so it’s not smashing me or hurting my skin. I had no water leakage at all. I had a little water get in the snorkel, but not enough that it affected me. The snorkel is floppy, but as long as you use the clip to keep it clipped to the mask, it stays upright. I have NOT been in the ocean with this mask or snorkel since I live in a landlocked state & haven’t traveled since I received it, nor in a lake because the water’s a little chilly this time of year but I did try it out at the rec center pool. The media could not be loaded. This is a nice cute snorkel kit. I love the color. The mask keeps water out of my nose and eyes. The snorkel allows me to breathe if my head is under water but the top is above water. Not gonna lie, I hadn't had a new pair of snorkels in ages and the description had me fooled. I realize now what they meant though. When the top of the snorkel gets submerged, a flotation device blocks the path for you to inhale. I tried exhaling then quickly inhaling and it wasn't tricked, it didn't let me breathe in water while I was under water. If I would inhale hard enough, I was able to get it to let me breathe in water, but I had to really try hard to bypass the safety. When coming back up and bringing the tip back above water, that's where it failed. If I'm holding my breath or inhaling, water goes down and into my mouth. It's just a mouth full, but that's enough for me to not be comfortable breathing in until I come up fully to drain the water. The only way I'm able to not have that happen is to exhale as I'm coming up to bring the tip back above water. Then I'll only get a small amount of water in my mouth that I'm able to forcefully expel by exhaling forcefully and spitting the water back through the snorkel. Overall a nice kit. It works as intended. I took off a star for it failing when coming back up and having the tip come back above water. ... show more

This is a high quality product. The plastic is heavy duty and the mask has great suction. Water will not be entering this mask. The bag is large enough to hold 2 sets if you had additional goggles or masks to put in with it.
