It has a flexible hose that is attached to what I would describe as a claw that opens up and attaches to the Zerk fitting. It grabs a hold of those fittings very well. There is no chance of this popping off. There are two levers that you squeeze to open up this claw, which makes it very easy to separate the grease gun from the Zerk fitting. I broke my previous grease gun trying to disconnect them. It’s nice that this won’t happen again. In some applications, the one drawback would be that due to the claw end of the grease gun fitting is large, (1/2 inch) and would not work with a tight fit. I’m pretty happy with the durability and the price. It comes with the yellow Teflon tape more than enough for all fittings. It also comes with what looks like two actually sharp needles and two other fine tip attachments. You’ll definitely be able to get into any small area with this. I gave it five stars because of the combination of quality durability, price, and all the accessories that came with it. I thought it was a good value. Let me know if this review helps you.

I recently bought a new grease gun that came with a very cheap coupler -- I purchased this one and I am extremely pleased with it. The coupler is of very high quality and quickly and solidly connects to zerk fittings. The needle nozzles are a great bonus as well to make my grease gun much more versatile. I am surprised at how high quality this is given the low price. I would highly recommend this set!

This is a nice accessory pack that pairs perfectly with my grease gun. The variety of tips, including the locking tip plus straight, 45°, and 90° Zerks, makes it very versatile. The only thing missing is a right-angle tip, which I had to buy separately. Still, it’s a solid kit and definitely worth having in my tool box.

I recently used my grease gun on pressed in zerk fittings on a new set of casters, and when I tried to remove the grease gun fitting, the zerks came out with it. Companies are using pressed in fittings more often these days, to my disappointment, to save money. I removed the zerks, threaded the wheels and put in new zerks. The "squeeze type handle" allows easier removal of the grease gun fittings and if I had it before, I might have been able to live with the pressed in zerks and saved the time and expense to replace them. Perhaps I'll be able to avoid having to remove other zerks on new equipment in the future since I have this squeeze connector. I also appreciate the accessories that came with this kit and should I need them in the future, I will not have to drive to Ace, Home Depot or Lowes to find what I need.

I have several machines that need regular greasing ... a 70-year-old Farmall tractor, a 50-year-old Johnson outboard, a current zero-turn mower, vehicle suspensions, and various other gizmos and gadgets. I have a good grease gun, but it has two major shortcomings: the applicator tip is long and straight, and it easily slips off of zerks unless I can hold the hose in place. So when I saw this kit with its latch-on tip, adjustable-angle tip, and various other helpful bits, I ordered it. What the listing did not mention was that the kit includes several replacement zerks in various thread sizes and angles. Not bad at all for a budget-priced setup!

I'm very happy with this order. These grease gun tips are well made and fit my existing hoses and grease guns just fine. The locking tip really grabs on well and doesn't release until you press the levers. The hose is well made with good strain relief. The only con I saw was that due to the way this item is packaged, the hose has an arc bend preformed into it. I just left mine in the sun for about 1/2 hour and it straightened right out so no issues there. Great if you need a tip that latches on strong.
