Its well built, grabs the zerk strongly, and stays on. I am surprised. For its price point I expected much less. But I got way more than I expected. Its really a nice tool.

    • This one is like the others
This seems to be the same as the other look-alikes on Amazon, so feel free to shop by price. It is solidly built but not cosmetically great. There is no built-in ball check valve found in most stock grease couplers. You need to make sure the rubber seal that presses against the zerk is seated fully forward (push the seating spring inside the barrel with a small screwdriver as needed), before attaching to your grease gun hose. With both handles fully squeezed, it still takes some effort to slip over the grease zerks. Works fine once you get the hang of it. ... show more

I use my Grease Gun to grease my Lawn Mower and have always had trouble getting the grease gun to detach from the fitting. I had to force it off by tugging on the hose and must times prying it off with a flat blade screw driver. Then I learned of this product. I highly recommend it ... just squeeze the handles and the grease gun easily releases. ... show more

    • Anyone who doesn't give this five stars has unattainable, unrealistic, and deluded expectations.
If you're not using this, you're working on your Black Belts in the wasted time and wasted grease. Never again make the first few pumps trying to figure out if you have the correct angle for the grease to go in. Locked this on, and the grease goes in—no ifs, ands, or buts. I tried the Lock & Lube years ago and was not impressed. This is a game-changer. You can grease in half the time using this. There's no need to carry a rag to wipe globs of grease off the zerk fitting after you finally get the angle correct and get grease to go in. If you get paid by the hour, you do not want your boss to buy this. If you're paid by the job or you're working for yourself and buying your own grease, you definitely need this. ... show more
