The packaging is out of control. It took me 15 minutes to open and if you have any type of arthritis or pain in your hands it almost impossible to open. I can’t even put cap back on as it will take forever to open I’ve been using a different brand of these supplements and thought I’d try these and I WON’T be buying this brand again. This brand is more expensive and you get less and impossible to open.

In the dark, without a nutrition information. I used this as one of several ketovore fuels during and ultramarathon. I didn’t have to deal with any stomach upset. I just couldn’t really gauge what contribution this product was supposed to make.
