There's no such thing as "weed proof" landscape fabric, but this material allows for easy removal of weeds when they attempt to latch on. Best UV resistance. Folding cut edges under a couple of inches will help to conceal troublesome fiber threads.

While the GRASSCLUB 4ft x 100ft Weed Barrier Landscape Fabric is marketed as heavy-duty and effective at controlling weeds, I found it to be a little too plastic for my liking. The fabric is made from polypropylene, which is a type of plastic material that doesn't allow air, water or nutrients to penetrate through it. While this can be great for preventing weeds from growing, it also means that it can be difficult for plants to thrive. The plastic-like texture of the fabric also makes it a bit difficult to work with. It doesn't fold or bend as easily as other types of weed barrier fabrics, making it harder to fit around corners and curves in your landscaping. On the positive side, the fabric is indeed heavy-duty and seems to be durable. It's also easy to cut to size and install, and it does effectively prevent weeds from growing through it. Overall, I think the GRASSCLUB 4ft x 100ft Weed Barrier Landscape Fabric is a decent product if you're looking for a heavy-duty weed barrier. However, if you're looking for a more natural and plant-friendly option, this may not be the best choice for you.
