This de-icer is very easy to use. You just plug in the power and put the device where the ice are to melt it. It does take some time for the ice to melt though because it will not heat up right away. From day 1 I've used this to melt the ice for my outdoor animals! You just plug it in and starts working right away! It has so many practical uses as well, it takes a little time but it serves its purpose overall! I know it's gonna come in handy throughout the colder months!
