Frankly, what do we get anymore for 30 bucks? These actually are working well. A tad tricky to install, given I added a rubber sleeve in the curve of the bolt for sturdiness (left over from a different mount). You cannot use a ratchet as the nuts are on top and inset, so a wrench is it. I tightened them down to the point I was not sure if any more would strip them, but they held well. Very secure. Have them mounted on a side rail on the top of my dump tray on a UTV, bar was about 3/4-7/8 inch thick, and so far, so good. Will update if they fail. ... show more

the product seems good we will see how long they will last. you have to use an open ended wrench as you cant use a socket or closed wrench.

I received this item in a very timely manor, however after opening the shipping box, I found that who ever had packed my items at Amazon did a very poor job. The item pictured above was out of its original packaging, and missing all mounting hardware. When I started my return process Amazon recommended contacting the seller, in which I did. In the matter of 9 minutes, I was able to talk with the company, where she apologized, and did everything in her power to make it right.
