Truly helps to keep down the craving for food all day. I have to take Niacin, since I can't take a statin, and that increases my appetite greatly. So a little of this in my morning tea in a non plastic container, really helps throughout the day.

I love this grapefruit oil. I've been adding it to my water. It's not too overwhelming and you need only a drop or two. It does give you energy so don't drink it at night like I did the first time! I reviewed it on my blog here [...]

I hope to get a refund. The label and cap are questionable. Not convinced its authentic young living product. The cap is different from every oil I purchased from young living in the past.

This is being shipped with the tangerine oil, which I haven't received as yet, but as with all of the Young Living Oils, I know I won't be disappointed. Can't wait to get it!
