I wanted to get something a little different than the thousands of Backpacks that are purchased at the Big Box Stores here locally in Upstate SC — I mean that literally — my Daughter has been involved with the massive effort to get School Supplies to needy Foster Children — I like to think that the Child that gets this Pack will have something a little different than they will see in the Hallways at their School — This is made well — has all the necessary storage areas — the straps are strong and attached well, although I suspect it might be slung over just one shoulder most of the time (we never did that in the 60’s and 70’s LOL) — the Zippers aren’t made for Military Action but will get the job done better than many others — I’m glad that I ordered this and will order more next year ... show more

My daughter needed a new backpack for school. If your kids are anything like the typical kid out there, name brands can be very important to them. I loved that this backpack was name brand because that’s what is important to her. With that being said, the price was very fair and much cheaper on Amazon than the actual website.
