Bought this because my Ember cup wasn't behaving LOL. This cup keeps my coffee very warm to comfortably warm for a couple of hours in warm weather outside or inside in air conditioning. Handle is easy to grasp. Lid stays on but is NOT a real tight fit; however that said, it hasn't leaked from the cup seal on the lid, but rather from the sliding opening ON TOP of the lid and even that's not a real big issue. I like this mug. I don’t drink my coffee quickly and this cup keeps my coffee hot until I finish it. In fact it gets more hot than when I pour it in. Doesn’t have that metal taste which is the reason I didn’t like travel mugs. Don’t think this is a good travel mug but I purchased it for home use. 😃

    • Great Mug, But Weak Handle

The mug is made from amazing materials for thermal capabilities. The lid is a good seal, but the lid cover that slides back and forth isn't sealable. So, the drink will either cool down faster or warm up faster because of this. However, the temperature for hot drinks stays hot for around 3-4 hours. The one downside is the handle broke very easily and I had to glue it. Pros: Strong Body Material Strong Thermal Capabilities Lid's Rubber Ring Seals Perfectly Cons: The Handle Anchor To Mug Is Very Weak (Breaks Off Very Easily) 7/10, as the mug is extremely nice, but the handle being weak is a big negative. If the handle cannot support the weight from a full cup, then it isn't worth much more than the mug itself. The handle broke, but some good glue can help as well as being very careful not to put pressure on the handle when cleaning the mug. ... show more

I was tired of having my 14 oz. mug of coffee go cold during breakfast. This great little mug is perfect for that purpose. The lid comes apart very easily so you can clean every bit of it.
