Very, very thin. I used them outside and it was windy, so it wasn't ideal conditions, but they would have been great if it was inside or if it was just a normal non windy day. They were big enough to cover a large picnic table. I guess if you had the right tape or holders they would be great, especially for the price. I Purchased these in black to cover up windows for a glow party at our local gym. The material was dirty with held all the polling and taping and the black was super dark.
