Did not read reviews and living with regret. These "will" mount to your 99 but something is getting cut off, either the headlight housing or the sheetmetal of your truck. Were specifically ordered to fit 2003 F350 Dually. Not even remotely close to fitting the truck or being plug and play. Had to cut out about 80% or the original mounting bracket on the truck to get them to fit. Had to replicating harnessed to get new lights to work Bulbs sent with lights are pure trash. One only has 2 low light and no bright light regardless of how it's wired. High beam light now stays on in truck regardless of if high beams are on. Both bulbs last less than 3days.With so many other options available I would recommend trying something different than these lights. While you can make them.work, you're going to put in hours worth of work to make them.work. And you may as well go get new bulbs before you even start trying to put them in I wouldn't put these bulbs in my ex wife's vehicle there so bad ... show more

Love the way they look and easily install but the common thin that is bought with it the head lamp bulbs you have go pay attention to , mine is a 3 prong and the ones I got were a two prong

The marker light opening with the plastic around it will not allow installation. The turning radius of the plug is blocked. The headlight assembly doesn't mount like the original and the package didn't come with necessary hardware. I'm in a huge time crunch and don't have time to order a different one off Amazon so here goes nothing! Time wasting garbage. ... show more
