The smoker does the job like a champ. I just wish the instructions on how to assemble the smoker were more detailed, a lot is left. also, as a chef I wish I had purchased the dome at the same time.     • Missing instructions, but great 'lil smoker!
Mine was delivered without instructions and therefore I cannot find the place to register the product. I have read (after purchase) the same problem that I have in figuring out how to change the mesh filter/screen, and since I have no instructions, and the fact that it's not straightforward, I'm going to have to assume that you have to remove the tiny screws inside the fire chamber. It's fairly easy to clean, so hopefully I won't have to do that soon. The product is great, especially for the price. I found the battery installation issue that others struggle with is not a problem for me. I was not expecting to get the smoking glass lid, so I bought a set. At least I'll have replacements if one breaks or is lost. I definitely recommend this product, but I am also in the first week of ownership and use. ... show more

I was truly surprised with this little smoker. I was especially surprised at the flavor it infused in a glass of Crown Royal On The Rocks (with 2 cherries), and it only takes about 10 seconds. I wish I knew what the mixture of chips is that comes with the smoker. They are quite flavorful. I've also used it to smoke a turkey sandwich and some fresh Salmon. So once I figured out the batteries, thank god for the other guy who uploaded a photo. Smoker is great once you figure it out Instructions ARE NOT FOR DUMMIES. ! read the reviews. My cocktail is delish I spent 13 dollars each time at the restaurant now I can do it myself. Not quite as good but Ill get there ! The battery thing put the flat sides of the batteries in contact with all the springs then you will be fine. Also no detailed instructions on how to change the mesh filters. In general the instructions kind of suck but if your resourceful you will be ok, The smoke smells amazing ! ... show more
