I was excited to upgrade my painting game with the Graco TC Pro Plus Airless Paint Sprayer, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After just one use, the sprayer stopped working abruptly. At first, I attributed it to a possible technical glitch, but even after troubleshooting, I couldn't get it to function again. What frustrated me even more was that the sprayer ceased to work right when I needed to refill the paint, leaving me in a bind mid-project. For a product at this price point, I expected reliability and durability, but it failed to meet those expectations. Attempting to return the malfunctioning sprayer only added to my woes. Dealing with the seller was an arduous process, with delays and lack of responsiveness prolonging the ordeal. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I decided to seek assistance from Amazon, where I purchased the product. Thankfully, Amazon's customer service came through for me. Despite the initial hiccup with the seller, Amazon stepped in and facilitated the refund process promptly. Their commitment to standing behind their return policy was a saving grace in an otherwise frustrating situation.
