This product although may not be the easiest to close or setup is a very good play pen to have in my opinion. We have decided to not go with a crib as babies are not in them for long. This play pen is extremely convenient and does not take up much space.

Love this product, we use it every single day! Very convenient for changing table on split level homes. bassinet detaches for easy naps anywhere in ur living room! Super durable and sturdy, never moves. Definitely suitable for all babies and worth the money!

The bassinet is so plush and sturdy. I love that you can pick it up and take it with you. Downside is that it is rather heavy so it + baby = a decent amount of weight to carry. BUT it is portable. The changing area is a nice depth -- making it harder for the baby to roll out. I've had cheaper pack n plays for my 2 other kids and this is the BEST CHANGING AREA BY FAR among all the diff ones we've used. I feel like she's very secure in it while she gets her diapers changed. The bassinet converts to a seat -- cool concept. And my kid can fit in it, but she tends to lean forwards. She may need a stronger core / to get a little older but in the mean time I can prop a small toy under the front and the little tilt is just right for keeping her upright without her just seeming to lean uncomfortably over the front. ... I like that she can get upright to watch her older siblings play. The sleeping area is like a typical pack n play EXCEPT BETTER. The two side ends aren't just see thru mesh -- so when in little kid mode (when baby is bigger than bassinet but not yet using the full depth) I can put her in there to nap and she doesn't see out the sides = she doesn't see me moving around or other distractions. I think this has allowed her to catch good naps because she is more cozy and its less bright. I RECOMMEND. This is a nice upgrade -- and while the pricepoint is kind of steep the quality of the components matches the price tag. This is well made, sturdy, durable, useful, multi-functional -- so happy to have this and wish I had it for my other kids! ... show more

I loved this pack and play. PROS: I feel it has so many features it really is the whole package. You can put the big pad closer to the top and it'll work as a big bassinet (mostly a transition to the crib). I absolutely loved the little chair, that can be use with or without the little bassinet, and its very comfortable, cause my baby lets me put her in there for longs periods of time (very useful when I'm cooking). the little baskets makes it easy to put immediate need items like nail buffer, some burp cloths and the sound machine, everything within the reach of your hand. CONS: It came with a little smell (assuming it was the plastic) that was so strong that even gave me a headache for the first couple of days, then we let it air and it went away. The big bassinet pad is too firm and hard, and if you don't buy a mattress its impossible for your baby to sleep in there (this is a common thing with most Pack n' play, so it was expected). Other than that I don't have any other complaints It's really easy to assemble If you follow the instructions. I'm very happy with this product. Really, the full package ... show more

Do NOT recommend ordering this item AT ALL. First off, the item took forever to arrive, including getting a new (second) shipping date and still arriving after that second date. Then when it finally comes in just 3 weeks before baby is due to arrive there’s a manufactures defect and the company wants us to send the whole crib set back to receive any kind of a refund and if we wait for a replacement it would take the same amount of time it, which means we won’t have a crib for the baby when he’s born. Picture shown displays how it is missing the piece to latch the bar into place for the changing station which even in the instructions is stated as a SAFETY needed feature.
