Lovely Cardigan/Cheap Buttons! This cardigan is really lovely and seems to be well made. It fits true to size. I normally wear a size small and that's what I ordered. It actually looks more expensive than what it was, however, the buttons ruin the look because they are quite cheap looking. They're pearl imitation buttons, which normally is fine, but these are obviously made from a very cheap plastic material. My remedy is to replace the buttons, which is an easy fix. I may order one of these in a different color, but knowing I will probably have to replace the buttons. ... show more

These sweaters are my favorite for fall and spring. They just add a nice bit of flair to your outfit. I also wear it with the sleeveless collared white bodysuit blouse from Amazon. It’s a great chic look.

    • Buttoholes are poorly stitched.

I did like this cardiagan. It is light and the colors are quite pretty. I downsized my rating to a 3 because the buttonholes and has been mentioned in earlier reviews, are quite loose and fragile. I am sure over time the holes will continue to fray and probably become useless. The buttohole stitch is barely there so the edges are still raw and exposed. If you dont plan to utilize the buttons and just wear the cardigan open, this won't be an issue However, i will say that when the cardiagan arrived, it was buttoned so when I unbuttoned the garment to try it on, the buttoholes stretched wtih just that one time of unbottoning. If you will be wearing this buttoned up and you get a size that will cause gapping or pulling on those buttons, beware that the loose holes will probably get larger and larger and you probably won't be able to button the garment donw the road.
