We got it on time, however, it was missing a blade and it was scratched up as if it was used, we ignored them and wrote it off, now it won't connect to any Android phone, only ios phones. I have a Samsung s23 ultra and Samsung A71 and both of them are on the updated Android and it still won't connect and we have tried on other Android phone as well and it still won't connect. This is very frustrating and I would like for someone to reach out and help us please. Update: The seller reached out to me and while it's very unfortunately bcus we were excited about learning to fly this drone, it just didn't work out and we were granted a full refund. The seller was amazing in corresponding and helping us and for that I'll update to a 4 star. Customer service is very much important and they showed a great amount of it. Thank you.

This drone is a pleasure to fly, initially I practiced in my house and it almost flew itself easily hovering with the gps positioning. I had an older model of a large drone over 3 years ago and the improvement on control and automation are dramatic. Follow me mode is insanely cool and takes great video of me while working out. The video of this level of drone has improved a ton in the last few years, as I noticed the "Jelly" effect of video on the drone has been resolved so that it is a minor annoyance rather than a constant flaw. The return to me mode saved me several times, it is effective and seamless. This was important because I do not fly well sometimes due to human error and panic. Return to me mode stabilized and reoriented the drone when my panic kicked in. I used the drone in a fun and useful way when hiking. The included case protected my drone when attached to the outside of my backpack. When we were concerned we lost the trail, I stopped and sent up the drone. I quickly could see the trail and our destination in a few seconds. Overall, the drone has paid for itself in cool experiences. The value of this level of drone is the perfect price point for a beginner to have a good start to the hobby. I am surprised you can get this level of AI, video and responsiveness in a drone small enough to avoid registration woes.

I wanted a drone to explore aerial photography and have some fun with flying. I was excited to see if this would meet my expectations. The flying experience is really smooth thanks to the steady hovering. I’ve had no issues with drifting when capturing video, which is great since I’m still getting the hang of it. The adjustable camera lens is super helpful for getting those good angles without any hassle. Plus, having two batteries lets me fly longer without interruptions, making my sessions even more enjoyable. All the features just come together nicely, making it a solid choice for beginners like me. On the downside, it does feel a bit light and sometimes I wonder if it could handle stronger winds better. There’s a slight learning curve with the remote, but nothing too crazy. I also found that I need to be careful when changing battery because sometimes it takes a moment to secure them. Those are just small bumps in an otherwise fun flight experience. This brushless drone is a great little flyer for the price. It’s lightweight but feels well-built, and there’s no need for registration. The 4K camera captures sharp, clear footage, and the wide-angle lens gives nice cinematic views. The 90° adjustable tilt is perfect for switching between landscape shots and top-down views mid-flight. The brushless motors make it stable, quiet, and responsive, even in light wind. With two batteries, you get around 40 minutes of total flight time, which is plenty for casual filming sessions. It connects smoothly through 5G FPV, giving a clear live feed without lag. The carrying case is a nice bonus too — easy to store and travel with. Great for beginners or hobby flyers.

Total noob to drones and nothing has ever made me feel stupider, faster than this drone. Set up was weird, but it eventually worked. I spent an hour reading the confusingly vague instructions about how to fly it. The instructions TO FLY this thing are particularly horrible. Nothing makes much sense to newbies. Unsure, I wasted another couple hours watching drone flying tutorials on YouTube. I'm genuinely very good with technology; working with new tech is literally my job. I have two college degrees in different technologies and decades of professional experience. My plan was a simple test flight. Take it outside, fly straight up, take a picture, then land it. That's it. I went to a big open field by a roadside farm nearby. I pressed left joystick once to "ascend." Just once. The drone immediately took off, but not up, it went forward. Really, really fast. I quickly pulled back to "descend," but it kept speeding forward. Next, I frantically pulled the right joystick "backward" but it didn't respond. Tried fly left and fly right in a panic, but it only went straight. It flew off small cliff, landed in the top of a tangled mess of small trees and brush. I then wasted several hours trying to get it down, but the brush is too overgrown and there's a fence in the way. I went to Lowes and bought multiple extension poles and built a dog-catcher style snare to get it down, but nothing worked. Now it's plastic litter with a lithium battery living in a tree. That really upsets me. I've included screengrabs of the primitive app. The "introduction" page is just that image that says "HELP on top. Nothing more, nothing is clickable. The "setting" page is equally sparse, and made me wonder if "left handed" is the default setting, and maybe that's why the controls didn't work? Obviously I can't troubleshoot it now. It'd be funny if it wasn't so irritating. Picture the drone took of its final resting place is included.
