Product as advertised, very good customer support
I've had this drone for about a month now and have successfully flown it a few times. It came as advertised, with charging cords, two batteries and an extra set of propellers. Setup takes a little while longer than I'd expected. For compass calibration, the instructions say to rotate the unit twice. You really need to keep rotating until the app properly syncs. It is a lightweight drone and is effected by the wind, though it does compensate somewhat. Follow the recommendation and learn to fly this drone in an open field. My initial attempt was from my patio and i promptly ran into my house, but fortunately even though it's small its sturdy. The learning curve takes some time to master the controls. You have to remember that forward/backward and right/left is from the perspective of the way the drone is pointed. so if the drone is facing perpendicular to you, and you want the drone to fly right to left that is forward. I had a missing piece, reached out to customer service and within a short time they provided what I needed. Mia, the customer service representative was very helpful. ... show more

Issues
The power button on the drone gets stuck and only turns on after a few times trying it. I wonder if it was already a return, because it looked like it had been opened before when I got it. Once it’s up in the air it flies okay. Seems to be a lag time on the drone response from the controls though. Picture quality is grainy and haven’t been able to get the camera to angle straight down with the remote. Camera gets stuck at about a 110 degree angle. ... show more

No product support.
Had I realized that there were no replacement blades, I would not have purchased it. The first time it took off, it took a nose dive instead of hovering in position so I had to install the spare blades. Very fragile blades. Now there are no replacements to buy with no ETA for restock. If it crashes again, it’s a worthless paper weight. No product support makes it a very bad investment. When I tried to get product support it takes you to a page for Amazon to complain, not to the company page. Video doesn’t transmit well. After about 50 feet, it freezes. EDIT: seller reached out and agreed to send extra props, but I’m still not sure why they won’t provide them for purchase. ... show more

My Father in law wouldn't admit it, but he loves it
So this all started with a kids-friendly drone I bought for my nephew. I sent it to my FIL to test it to make sure it works before he gave it to our nephew on our behalf. It should have been a 5 minute thing. Instead, he messed with that thing all night. So, with his birthday and xmas coming up, we wanted to get him one a little more fit for someone in their 60s. He's gonna love this thing - feels like the right combo of price, quality, ease of use, and durability. Because you know he gonsta crash it at least a few times. ... show more

Smooth Flying & Super Clear 4K Camera!
This drone exceeded my expectations! The camera quality is surprisingly sharp and detailed for the price. It’s beginner-friendly and very easy to control, even in windy weather. Battery life is also impressive — perfect for family trips and capturing beautiful shots outdoors. Highly recommend for both new flyers and hobby users! ... show more

Good quality
Good for flying with remote, not with phone. 10-15 second delay so you don't know where you are. Flies nice, good Gps return. Overall decent for the price.

Nice drone for beginners
Easy to control. The picture is crystal clear. Flies a long way on a single charge. It's pretty tough, too, and can withstand the occasional tumble. Great gift for the hobby flyer.

Not worth the hassle
Review Image by Guillermo J ThorneJr
At unboxing, product arrived damaged. The drone takes too long to setup. Once you’re finally able to pair it and get it the start, the drone will not stay in flight for more than 10 secs, then the drone drops from flight. It doesn’t allow for power up once in flight to maintain altitude or to hover. The setup tutorials are not in depth and actually confusing. ... show more
