Great and easy to use product! I love Govee products. They're reliable, easy to use, and more affordable than some of the more expensive brands. I've purchased this item twice now because I love it so much. There is a remote integrated into the cord itself that you can use to power on/off and cycle through all the color and color pattern options. Very customizable and adjustable! Additionally, if you want a more hands free approach, there is an app you can download to your phone to use to fully control these lights. The lights are connected via WiFi instead of Bluetooth, so you can schedule or turn on/off the lights even when you're not at home.

These ended up being one of those purchases that I didn’t necessarily need, but now I wouldn’t want to go without them. I put the light bars behind my TV and they completely changed the vibe of the room. The colors are really vibrant and there are SO many options to choose from. One of my favorite features is being able to customize your own color settings and save them, because once you find a combo you like you don’t have to keep messing with it every time. I usually keep mine on warmer/cozier tones at night and it honestly makes watching TV feel more relaxing and immersive. It adds just enough ambient light without being distracting or harsh. Setup was also pretty straightforward, the app is super easy to navigate, and they’ve stayed in place well so far. Overall I’ve been really happy with them and they make the whole room feel a little more cozy and finished.

I use these Govee RGBIC Light Bars every single day in my room, and they have completely upgraded the vibe of my workspace. If you want to add some serious personality to your setup, these are an absolute must. The fit is perfect right behind my monitor, completely transforming the overall appearance of my desk area. I have them seamlessly connected to Alexa, so all I have to do is say, "Alexa, turn on my Govee lights," and they click right on. While you can use a remote control or the app, the voice activation makes them incredibly convenient. It is just a lot of fun to play with the different settings. The Govee RGBIC Light Bars are pretty decent overall. The lights are bright and add a nice atmosphere behind the TV. The 15-inch bars fit well for a TV setup in the 45–70 inch range, and the different placement options make it easy to set them up the way you want. They do have some regular lighting settings you can use without connecting to the app, which is convenient if you just want simple colors. Setup is fairly easy and they look clean behind the TV. That said, I do wish there were more options available without having to rely on the app. The basic settings work fine, but it would be nice to have a few more built-in modes. Overall, they’re solid lights that look good and work well, especially if you like adding ambient lighting to your TV area.

Do not get any other light system. Govee is worth every cent you spend, its quality in dreamview is unmatched. Incredibly easy to install. Its remote control through app or voice assistant is seemless. Pro tip to avoid drops in smart homes- use a 2.4GHz loT network to lock in any Govee device. (Their options for lights are endless, if you want more download their official app which also has a reward system) add them all and set up Dreamview. Your tv will thank you.

These lights are versatile and easy to set up. I personally don’t use the govee app which I’m fine with. Even though I cannot control it remotely and have basic colors due to choosing not to download the app I’m very happy. They are nice looking lights that I set up within a couple minutes. I like how the bars come with different bases so I can choose to mount them either vertically or horizontally.
