Finally removed my phone out of this case. The case is very hard and stiff, not very plyable making it difficult to use the side keys - had to apply extream pressure to activate keys. Tried to apply the screen protector glass with NO instructions provided but failed, too many air bubbles that i could not remove, finally gave up and left it off. For me the product was a nightmare and I would not recommend for anyone. I would return, but the screen protector is used. Update: Received a replacement case from Goton, my thanks to Gina and Grace who provided superb customer service by reaching out to me to solve my issue! The stiffness of the case was still there but by stretching the sides a bit it was much easier to insert the phone. The side key problem was solved by pushing the buttons on the case 5-10 times before inserting the phone. I love the camea lens slide protector, best feature of the case. Grace provided more info on the screen protector, but I have not tried to mount it yet, maybe tomorrow- will update then. ... show more

Stand and frame work great. Camera cover is nice but it loosely slides a few months after purchase. Not much you can do based on the design of it.

Pros: The case itself is decent. Definitely protects the phone in a minor drop. Lip is beveled to give the main screen some space when face-down. Ring on the back rotates and works well as a kickstand. Cons: The slide that protects the cameras (and the major selling point of this case) wears out after a month of use, and now it just slides back and forth on it's own and doesn't stay open or closed (unreliable). I was hoping for something that would be a bit more rugged for work use. Additionally, the center of the ring that is advertised as ferrous so it can be used by mag-stands? Usable only on a desk. In a vehicle, it drops over the smallest of speed bumps or potholes. The paint around the edges is worn off and the white polymer underneath is vibrant. (Conversely, it doesn't look too bad if you like the whole weathered and worn aesthetic) Would I buy again? Right now? No. If they fix the camera slide? Yes. ... show more
