Ordered this dress for a wedding. It came with a busted zipper. Company gave me a 30% return and I had to have it fixed myself. Lacking communication skills, I would of just returned it for a non broken one. Dress was good quality and served its purpose.

I ordered this dress to wear to a couple weddings this year. I ordered a 22, which is kind of a "size up" for me (I can usually wear anything from an 18-22 depending on brand/style), as several reviews said the dress had no stretch and I wanted to be sure it fit, as I was ordering on crunch time lol The dress arrived a few days earlier than expected, which was great! It does indeed have zero stretch, and honestly I could have ordered the 20 and been just fine. The 22 is a little loose on me in the bust and chest area (I'm a 38C). I'll have to put a few small stiches under the arms to keep my bra from showing, but it fits very nicely otherwise! I was worried about length, because I'm tall (5'10"/178cm) and "floor length" dresses are usually not floor length on me, but this dress is long enough!! It just grazes the ground when I'm wearing ballet flats, which is exactly what I wanted :) I was also worried about what bra to wear, because the dress on the model looks very low cut, so I ordered some bra tape, but I won't need it. The V isn't as low as it looks, and the underarms and back are high enough to cover the average bra. Some reviews/comments showed concerns about sheerness, and the dress is sheer but not horribly; it does have an underskirt. If there's a decent light source behind you, the outline of your legs will be visible, but its far from "see through." Other reviews commented on the wrinkled fabric upon arrival, but that was not my experience. Photos included! ... show more

The dress is very pretty. I loved it. Unfortunately, it was a tad too small. I ordered a new one (one size up) and attempted to process a return/exchange through Amazon. That was not an option - I had wait for the vendor to approve my return. After a few days I was notified, via email, that my return was accepted. That was great, EXCEPT, there were no instructions and no return address provided. I found the company online and emailed them through their own website and still got no response. A second email went unanswered as well. In the meantime, I received (and paid for) the replacement - so now I have two. I go a lot of formal events and would have loved to buy more dresses from this vendor. But I have no desire to go through this hassle again. I guess I will try to sell the extra dress on Poshmark. ... show more
