Reviews were not kinda helpful, im am going to be as detailed as possible. I am 4'10", I weigh 129, my hips are about 40" and my waist is about 34". I purchased a small, i can wear it out comfortably on the first clip, i can wear it comfortably on the second clip as long as I don't eat a meal(😂). I hope with going to the gym i will be able to wear it in the smallest setting. There is no back fat, which was my biggest concern. It did bunch up in the back, only because i unclipped the part where the panty linear is at and the straps are thick so I can't wear it with a cammy but maybe I can tuck it but I haven't tried. Overall this is the best I've come across.

I only write reviews if something is exceptional or terrible. This is the best shape wear I have ever tried. Over the course of a few years, I've tried almost 30 types. Nothing has ever worked as it claimed. They've all either pushed up back fat over the top, pushed down hip fat beneath the underwear line, been too tight to wear, too large, made my stomach look weirdly deformed, been too stiff to move, or been uncomfortable. I'm in heaven with this one. It's giving me a chance to wear a ton of clothes that I haven't worn in a long time. I'm about 20 pounds over weight, and carry it all in my stomach practically. I can't wear anything that's form fitting or I look 3-4 months pregnant. With this on, I look like I have a flat stomach, but it does it without smushing everything over the top of the shape wear or beneath it. Even if I bend forward, it keeps the shape. Usually shape wear makes me too uncomfortable to move around in or keep on longer than a few minutes, but not this one. The design is wonderful. This main piece is spandex material with sort of smooths everything out without compressing too much. But then the attached corset piece can be pulled together to give you that flat tummy look, and it doesn't feel suffocating because the spandex part has already smoothed everything over. I'm not only ordering another one, but I don't know how I'm going to stop myself from wearing it everyday. I tired on two outfits with it: Jeans and a form fitting tank top, and a black form gown. Both would have looked bad without the shape wear. With the shape wear on, They looked exactly how they should, as if my stomach lost 20 pounds! I'm 5'2"/5'3" and weigh 120 pounds. I realize some people will say, "That's not overweight", but my normal is 100 pounds. It's what I was for a long long time. Most of that is in my stomach (and a bit in my upper arms). With this shape wear on, I actually look how I used to for the most part, as if I lost all that extra weight. I'm seriously in love with this. When you put it on, it feels like shape wear often does, as though it's five sizes too small and your pulling with all your might to get it past your hips. But once it's on and in place, it doesn't feel too tight. And since you don't close the corset until it's in place, that makes it a lot easier to close. I don't know if this is going to work for everyone since the human body is endlessly different when it comes to shapes and sizes, but for me, who has tried everything under the sun, I can say I finally found my shape wear and feel elated.

I'm 5'7 and around 165lbs, purchased a medium. I have a long torso and it fits well. Very tight around the mid section but more loose around hips/butt. Def amplifies my waist/hourglass. Straps are thicker than most of these I'm bought which aids in comfort. They come out a bit wide so its a no go with tank tops but that's okay. The hook/eyes can be seen under thinner clothes which is to be expected. I have only tried it on with a few different outfits so can't attest to comfort after longer wear yet but from first impression, I'm very happy. Better than several others I've bought. Wish it came in a light color to wear under lighter clothes- I'd buy it in a heartbeat. I've bought several fajas over the past week to try out and had to return them. I'm keeping this one. Take the gamble. Its worth it.

I've been looking for some more comfortable, everyday shape wear so I can have something holding my stomach from my surgery. Im currently struggling putting on my original faja thats very tight but hard to get up and put on in the morning. This one is much easier to put on, but it doesn't suck in your stomach, just holds it slightly. They are spanx material, so think about wearing comfortable tights and thats what this feels like. Even with the tightest setting, it didn't feel like it actual squeezed me and shapes me. I cannot vouch for this product by itself, perhaps i need a smaller size but my thigh size is an issue, though this material is suppper stretchy, but i can say, if you need to use a flat board after a surgery and need something more comfortable to put on quickly, and be comfortable during the day, try this product out! I was disappointed until i put in the board and then i felt tight and knew that the area (lower stomach) i was struggling with was finally getting targeted. Still would like a smaller size though as i know it will continue to stretch and i want to be able to size down.

I am currently 6 days postpartum, I have been looking for a waist trainer to get my stomach back to where it was. I have bought several waist trainers with my other pregnancies and none have done the job. So for this pregnancy, I made sure I went out and got one for once baby arrived. I bought one from target and it was not for me. I have a long torso and wide from the hips so it didn’t fit my body type. I was skeptical to buy this one, at this point I had already seen several trainers and was debating on which to buy. But ultimately decided on this one, and let me tell you it did not disappoint. At first when I tried to get it on it was hard, and thought to myself maybe I shouldn’t have but, I realized that was the point. For it to be hard to keep everything right in place! Once it was on, it was snug but not uncomfortable. I definitely recommend this one. And just by trying it on for 30-45 mins and taking it off I could already tell a small difference. Now imagine what wonders it’ll do if I wore it longer! Don’t hesitate to buy this!
