This tube is great in the snow! Very fast. We go on an annual mountain trip and have to buy new tubes every year because we destroy them. These already have multiple days of use without any issue at all. Super durable. We tested it with all size and weight people and it worked great for all. The media could not be loaded. The size of this tube is perfect I’m 5,3in tall and weigh 130lb and I was able to fit in it comfortably and still had lots of room. As you can see we hooked are tube up to the car and pulled it and the material around it was fine didn’t rip at all so I will say it’s really well made. Kids liked the size and the build quality seems good. Problem came when we got to the sledding hill... sled slowly crawls halfway down then stops, like it has brakes. Snow conditions were great and all other sledders on the hill were zipping by, creating a hazard for my kids, having stopped midway down. Tried inflating a little extra to stretch the bottom but no luck. I ended up using it as a lounge chair at the top of the hill because its useless as a sled. So, if you need an oversized lounge chair to sit in while your kids sled, this is great. If you need a sled however, buy something else. I would return it but I bought a while ago and just recently got enough snow to use... such a disappointing Christmas present. ... show more

I bought another tube the previous year that was $60 more expensive, and made in the US. We had so much fun with it I knew I wanted a second tube, but thought I’d overpaid. Well, you get what you pay for!!! Don’t get me wrong, this is a really nice tube and I expect it to last for a nice long time. The cover is great and using my compressor it’s super easy to blow up, all big pros. But it’s just not nearly as good as the other I paid a little extra for. The canvas cover is okay, but I can tell it’s going to wear out much sooner than the other. Then there’s also the fact that it is actually rather grippy on the bottom. That is NOT what I want for a tube. Little ones, on a really good sledding hill, didn’t get going hardly at all. Me and my big brothers who are over 175 pounds did alright, but it felt really slow. The webbing does NOT seem like it would hold up to any kind of towing, so I wouldn’t recommend purchasing with that in mind. So, good quality, will last a while but it’s slow and there are just better products out there if you’re willing to pay just a bit more. ... show more

Extremely well made. The thick rubber tube is equipped with a brass valve stem cap with a thick rubber shell molded around it, preventing injury or damage to the valve stem. The first of its kind I've ever seen. Very well thought out. The cover for the tube is just as well made. It is very dense, and the underside has a thick, smooth, rubberized coating, eliminating friction between the snow tube and the snow. My only complaint is that we bought two of these and one was already leaking air after the first use, but was too late to return.
