I bought these to hang my security doorbell up on my metal apartment door since we're not allowed to start drilling holes into it. Best double sided mounting product I've ever used. It's strong! Be careful with paint. It will rip paint off!

They say this was supposed to be as good as the glue. Not so for me. Needed to put up a blink doorbell. Didn’t want to drill holes. So I used these strips. The next day, I was drilling holes. Not as good as I thought

I am both for and against the size of the squares. But, using 2 or more at the same time greatly increases the holding power. I wish they had assorted sizes. My main use is to make a few desktop (metal desk) items stay in place. This is a long term arrangement as these are intended for semi permanent mounting. A little goo gone dissolves the glue. Also a bit of dental floss can be used to "saw thru" a square if you cant exert leverage to release the glue. I also used one to patch a small tear in a leather seat cover. ... show more
