Material is made more like a satin/silk in between a cotton finish. Really cools to the touch and good for the summer. Also good to have if you have pets sleeping on the bed with you because it doesn't cling onto hair. I usually wash it with warm water and dry it with medium heat. Been having it for almost a year and it has no tear or wear.

Love this flat sheet We have a very thick king size mattress with a 3 inch mattress topper .I had a hard time keeping the fitted sheet on the bed . This stays put .Easy to use completely covers the mattress with plenty of elastic to keep in place.

Really nice sheet for the price, but it does not stay in place very well. Every couple of days I need to re-tuck a corner or two. They are soft and breathable. However, they are also very thin, so they will not last long, but that was expected with cheaper sheets.

So this sheet is amazing, the grip is amazing, the sheet never slides off the mattress. I have a one year old that tends to have leaks and spills and the sheet does not absorb it so I have time to wipe up the spill without staining the mattress. It's a thick material so it's durable I don't worry about it wearing thin or riping. And it was only $10! Best sheet ever! I am purchasing more ASAP!!

In case my pic isn't clear, my finger is on the corner of the mattress and you can see where the sheet corner seam doesn't line up at all. It is the same on all 4 corners so could fit a mattress at least a few inches wider and longer than a standard king. The points of the corner seams are halfway down the side of the mattress. This makes it impossible to get a snug fit. I do think the sheet should stay on since it wraps pretty far under the mattress on all sides, however it was impossible to get a crisp, snug fit since it was too large for the mattress. If it were a quality fabric, I would consider keeping it anyway but despite feeling nice and soft and cool, it is 100% polyester so I won't be keeping it.
