BOTTOM LINE: A little pricey compared to other similar tires but these seemed exceptionally well-made and were highly rated. After several months of use & abuse they still look like new, with no punctures and no deformation or flattening, even after sitting for a while. Best of all, zero worries about punctures or other tire damage again! An easy 5 STAR recommendation. THOUGHTS: Got my old BearCat chipper/shredder out of the shed to clean up some branches, brush piles and limb debris around my property... but the OEM tires had gone flat or, rather, had atrophied to the point where they weren't even properly snugged onto the rims, and so could not even be re-inflated! Oops!! Too much of a hassle to repair... and since I did not want to go through the same headache again later on down the road, I searched until I happened on these foam-filled tires that promise to never go flat or lose their shape; originally designed as replacements for a lawn wagon/cart made by the same company. I knew they weren't designed for what I intended to use them for but I decided to take a chance. After some quick measuring I ordered them, and they showed up a few days later. Installation was a snap: popped off the flat, rotted old wheels/tires, slipped these new 1-piece units on (making sure to put one of the 4 included flat washers (1ea on the inside & outside of each rim) to prevent rubbing/binding), then secured them in place with a pair of new pushnuts I found here on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079ZN8TRJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and... that was it! They spin freely, my old chipper pulls effortlessly once again and despite its beefy weight these Gorilla Cart tires have not sagged under use, nor have they mushed down - even after sitting for several months. These are rugged, well-made replacement no-flat tires. I expect to get many years of trouble-free use out of them. Very satisfied. Highly recommended.

Very happy with this purchase. They were an exact replacement for my Gorilla cart. I simply pulled a cotter pine to remove original balloon tires, reinstall these Flat-Free tires, and reset the cotter pin. There is a good diagram about how to use the spacing washers. I experimented with them on the first tire (used all four), then just installed the other 3 up exactly the same. It was nearly the same price to simply replace the cart, but I would have ended up with balloon tires! Tires would crack and fail, and I'd be facing the same decision. Bite the bullet, and do it!

These are a great replacement for the pneumatic tires. 2 minutes to change them out. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the downside that most no-flat tires have. They are very firm and a bit narrower. They roll pretty well on hard surfaces, but sink in more on soft soil. Also don’t roll over rocks as well. But they are a heck of a lot better than the always flat pneumatic tires

I had pneumatic wheels on my Gorilla cart and they were a pain. I had to fill them with my compressor every few months especially in cold weather. Install was simple. Remove the lock nuts, clean the axles, give them fresh grease and install the proper number of washers that came with the wheels to prevent wobbling. Put the lock nuts on and you’re done. Some wheels may have split pins/cotter pins. I had lock nuts. One set of 4 of the axle washers vanished from the original box. They had the washers tied together with a very weird and cheesy looking sticky rubber band. See the photo. One of the sets of washers had escaped the box. The boxes the wheels were in were pretty beat up. Thankfully the original wheels had 4 washers that I used for the missing ones. The gold colored washers are not a standard size like the silver washer from my hardware stash (see photo) so replacing them would have been annoying, requiring a drill out with a Unibit. But thankfully that didn’t happen. Overall, the new wheels are terrific even if they are pricey because I needed 4 of them.

I bought these flat free tires for my new Gorilla wagon cart because the new cart came with tubeless tires which will eventually go flat. The flat free tires also fit my Strongway wagon cart I bought years ago at Northern tool that also had tubeless tires which went flat real fast. I bought these tires not knowing what size axle they would fit because the listing does not say what the axle size they fit is. These tires fit a 5/8 inch axle perfectly and they are GREAT. Love them. No more flat tires !!!
