You know all the stuff we try to do with tape, and theres no way tape is going to work, but we try anyway? This tape will probably do it. No official claims here, but I mean... I sealed a container of liquid with it. I sealed water pipes with it. I stuck a door back together after renter rage, and it was MORE stable than when it was glued. Think back to when you firsat tried OG Gorilla Glue and it was like some alien technology, bonding stufdf on a molecular level and all. This is like that, but tape. 50 yd. reccomended cause you arent going to use any other duct/seal/utility tape again. ... show more

    • Need a Heavy Duty Duct Tape?

For years I've been using the standard duct tape. For most applications it is fine, but it will deteriorate in sunlight. Gorilla Duct Tape, while more expensive, is much heavier and doesn't seem to be impacted by direct sunlight. It is thicker, has a better finish on the outside, and uses appears to use better adhesive. So if you application is more extreme that what standard duct tape will support, this is a good solution. ... show more
